A l’image des établissements de luxe contemporains typiques de Manhattan, composé de galeries d’art mettant en valeur la collection d’œuvres Marvel, le Disney’s Hotel New York® – The Art of Marvel évoque la sophistication contemporaine de la ville, cadre des aventures passionnantes des Super Héros Marvel et des artistes qui les ont créés. 

Au sein du Bar Skyline de l’Hotel New York, The Art of Marvel, le/la Chef(fe) Barman/Barmaid partage sa passion pour les vins, cocktails et spiritueux avec les équipes et les visiteurs. Organisé(e) et soucieux(se) de l’efficacité du service, il/elle assure l’animation d’une équipe d’environ 30 personnes ; il/elle coordonne, dirige et supervise l’ensemble des activités inhérentes au bar dans un souci permanent d’excellence de service.    

Vos missions :

-Coordonner et superviser l'activité de l’équipe d'une trentaine de collaborateurs : évaluer l’action et la performance des collaborateurs, favoriser leur développement professionnel et développer une dynamique d'équipe.  

-Délivrer les résultats attendus, notamment en expérience client, les optimiser et proposer toutes actions en vue de leur amélioration en termes financiers, qualité de service, RH.  

-Travailler en synergie avec toutes les lignes de business et/ou les partenaires internes et externes (produits restauration, RH, finances, …)

-Améliorer, innover, pérenniser le service client et l’organisation du travail au quotidien.  

-Assurer la gestion financière et l’efficacité et l’efficacité du fonctionnement du restaurant.

-Respecter et faire respecter les règles et procédures d’hygiène.  

-Veiller à l’application des règles, des accords et politiques Ressources Humaines et au maintien du climat social.  

  

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 années minimum en management d’équipe au sein de bars   
  • Vous disposez d’une Mention complémentaire Bar ou d’un diplôme équivalent (BP Bar)    
  • Vous possédez un niveau de maitrise avancé du Français et de l’Anglais C1 minimum ainsi que d’une troisième langue de niveau intermédiaire B1.   
  • Une expérience en hôtellerie 4* ou 5* est souhaitée

  • Vous vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication verbale et écrite.   
  • Structuré(e) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer, accompagner, développer et fédérer une équipe.   
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et orienté(e) solutions.   
  • Vous êtes pro-actif, à la recherche d’amélioration continu et avec une fibre entrepreneuriale.
  • L’excellence de service et la satisfaction clients sont au cœur de vos priorités.   
  • Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.    
  • Une flexibilité sur les horaires et jours de travail est nécessaire pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
