En étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de la brigade et rattaché.e au management (Sous-chefs et Chef de cuisine), le Commis de Cuisine assiste l’équipe dans la préparation et le service des plats, tout en veillant à respecter les standards de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine.
Vos missions

  • Participer à la production sur tous les postes (froid, chaud, desserts), de la mise en place au dressage à l’assiette ou sur buffet, selon les fiches techniques et les consignes de qualité.

  • Participer à l'entretien des équipements et de l’espace de travail.

  • Respecter en permanence les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Votre profil:
Vous maîtrisez les bases des techniques culinaires, notamment les tâches préliminaires à la réalisation des plats (épluchage, taillage, découpes…).
Vous êtes familier(ère) avec les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP).
Vous savez suivre une recette en utilisant une fiche technique.
Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation en cuisine (type CAP, BEP, Bac Pro ou formation certifiante) et/ou avez une première expérience en cuisine.
Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) coéquipier(ère) et avez des facilités à communiquer dans un environnement international.
Vous êtes flexible et pouvez être appelé.e à travailler de 6h30 à 2h00, en semaine comme le week-end.
Vous avez un niveau de français B1 minimum.

Additional Information:

Vous postulez à cet emploi pour : Contrat à durée indéterminée ou Contrat à durée déterminée 35H/semaine.

Les entretiens auront lieu physiquement (uniquement) pour des postes à Marne-La-Vallée.
Aucun entretien virtuel ne pourra être proposer.

Les journées de recrutement pour la Restauration auront lieu de 9h30 à 12h et de 14h à 16h30 les jours suivants :
