Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2025, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ? 

La Formation Métiers est au sein du Centre d’Excellence Learning & Development en charge de la formation pour les 19 000 salariés travaillant dans les Parcs à thèmes, Hôtels, Disney Village et Fonctions Supports de Disneyland® Paris.

Avec plus de 600 000 heures de formation par an, elle contribue à la performance et à la transformation de ses équipes clientes, par une offre de formation fluide et enrichissante, en ligne avec la stratégie de l’Entreprise et les enjeux opérationnels.

Le pôle Opérations Parcs et Disney Village est composé de 10 personnes dont 3 assistants, 6 Chefs de projets formation et 1 Manager. Cette équipe est en charge de déployer les formations pour les équipes de Merchandise, Restauration, Attractions, Accueil & Services et Propreté de Disneyland®Paris. 

 

Au sein du pôle « Opérations Parcs et Disney Village » de la Formation Métiers Opérationnels, vous contribuez à mettre en place des actions de formation permettant aux équipes opérationnelles d'atteindre leurs objectifs d’excellence de service et d'efficacité, en alignement avec les orientations stratégiques de l’entreprise, des départements clients et/ou en soutien à des besoins spécifiques.

Vous contribuez à la conception des parcours de formation métiers adaptés aux besoins du secteur F&B et spécifiquement alignés avec la workforce strategy F&B de l'entreprise, en tenant compte des évolutions des métiers et des compétences nécessaires pour répondre aux enjeux de croissance et de transformation du secteur.

 

·       Vous participez à la gestion de l'activité formation dans sa globalité : sessions, relation client, reporting

·       Vous développez des modules de formation adaptés aux métiers spécifiques de l’alimentation (production, qualité, distribution, etc.), en veillant à ce que les formations répondent aux exigences de la stratégie F&B et à l’évolution des standards de l’industrie (normes, innovations, tendances de consommation)

·       Vous analysez les besoins en compétences des collaborateurs dans le cadre de la stratégie F&B, en organisant des entretiens, des enquêtes ou en analysant les performances des équipes, pour identifier les compétences clés nécessaires pour l’avenir du secteur alimentaire

·       Vous contribuez à la création de parcours certifiants

·       Vous évaluer l'efficacité des formations

·       Vous participez à la digitalisation des formations

 

 

Profil / Compétences 💼  

 

·       Vous préparerez un Master en Ressources humaines et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2025 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation).

·       Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine de la formation

·       Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais  

·       Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office ainsi que les outils innovants de communication

·       Vous êtes à l’aise en communication écrite et orale et disposez d’un esprit innovant
