The Walt Disney Company Japan Trainee Program is designed for university students who want to learn more about the entertainment business. This program offers the chance for trainees to strengthen technical skills, provides professional development through support programs, such as mentoring, and allows them to explore various opportunities available at The Walt Disney Company Japan.

Trainee roles are hybrid
Participants of this program will:
Experience maximum six-months of on-the-job training which will offer opportunities to get to know the Disney business
Connect with others to create a professional support network
Have access to a diverse community of professionals with various backgrounds
Gain extensive support and mentorship from Disney Trainee Program team
Japan Trainee Program Requirements
Program eligibility requirements:
Currently studying at a university or graduate school
Able to participate in the trainee program for up to 20 hours per week
Have an interest in the entertainment business
Able to maintain privacy and confidentiality of confidential information obtained through the trainee program
Languages: Japanese (native level), English (depending on the position)
