Disney Signature Experiences Rotation Program

The Disney Signature Experiences Rotation Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Institute, National Geographic Live or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program rotating to three different positions over 18 months.

Disney Signature Experiences Rotation Program Requirements

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Have completed a Disney Signature Experiences summer internship before applying.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Provide own transportation to and from work. 
  • Be an undergraduate senior at the time of application.
