Disney College Program is a 10-12 weeks’ summer program where you will gain on-the-job working experience and a uniquely Disney learning opportunities. As part of the program, there will be value-added programs and activities such as sharing sessions by Senior Management, Disney Behind-the-scenes Tours, and wellness activities.
