Hospitality teams are at the heart of Guest experience, welcoming visitors upon arrival at one of our seven hotels. At the welcome desk, the kids' club, around the swimming pool or at room service, our Cast Members contribute to maintaining the exceptional level of service that defines a Disney experience.

The experience continues at mealtimes, where Guests have over 80 different food offerings to choose from. Every type of dining experience can be found at Disneyland Paris table service, buffets, fast food, food trucks... Our culinary professionals at the front and the back of the house work together to deliver the Disney promise of transporting Guests into themed worlds both in the restaurant décor and in the food served on their plates. 

Throughout the park, from the parking lots to ticketing office and across all 59 rides, Cast Members play an essential role in providing a safe, clean, fluid and welcoming experience for our Guests.

Step Into the Spotlight

Entertainment teams bring Disney characters and stories to life thanks to an incredible diversity of skills both onstage and backstage. Nearly 30 artistic disciplines are represented at Disneyland Paris including parade performers, dancers, acrobats, singers, actors, including sign language actors, stunt people as well as directors, choreographers and dance captains.

Behind-the-scenes, our teams draw upon their creativity to dream up the next shows, whether they may be played all year long on one of our 10 permanent stages, for a season or for a special event in the park.

At Disneyland Paris, we are recognized for our state-of the art equipment and desire to push technological boundaries. Our productions are in the expert hands of special effects professionals, sound and lighting engineers, stagehands and stage managers. The 8,000 shows produced annually, including those adapted in French sign language, are also made possible thanks to the exceptional work of our hairdressers, make-up artists and dressers.

The Tech Behind the Magic

We offer opportunities in more than 200 engineering and maintenance fields, relying on unique systems to ensure excellence of service and safety for our visitors. You can also join one of our design offices involved in construction projects to create new magical lands.

The Strategy & Audit, Finance and Revenue Management teams are focused on the development of the company, relying on data that is treated, stocked and analyzed by internal experts. Every day, our IT teams oversee thousands of tasks to ensure a simple and fluid experience for Guests and Cast Members alike. Data is captured throughout the Guest journey, often starting with a visit to our website or app where dreams start to materialize.

Our teams in the Customer Relationship Center are available to Guests from around the world and trained to respond, in their native language, to questions and concerns, also providing tips for an unforgettable stay.

For our marketing teams, maintaining an appealing product and service offering is the top priority. To do so, they must collaborate with Disney offices across Europe to ensure consistency across our different point of sales and distribution networks.

Walt Disney Imagineering is where imagination and engineering meet to breathe life into renowned Disney franchises. With a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach, the Imagineering teams oversee the creation of the unique and immersive experiences in our parks. Multiple areas of expertise are represented at different stages of the creative process: engineers and technical experts, script writers, architects, set designers and more.

Transversal support teams ease the day-to-day at the company. These jobs include Human Resources, in charge of recruiting, onboarding, developing and training, as well as Diversity and Inclusion specialists focused on accessibility and support to enrich the Cast Member experience for all.

Cast Culture Communications ensure access to information for each Cast Member while Corporate Communications & PR focuses on protecting the company reputation and amplifying messages around Corporate Social Responsibility, our products and future development.
