About the Role & Team

The EMEA DCP marketing team works in collaboration with the brand commercialization (BC) team and commercial category teams to deliver campaigns that serve brand strategy and category needs whilst aligned to global DCP marketing strategy.

This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategy for priority evergreen brands and tentpole properties, and collaborating with PR, BC, category and retail teams and brand franchise management (BFM) to ensure internal and external regional stakeholders can leverage brand assets and cross company activations to drive business needs. 

Working in conjunction with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to drive the success of brand campaigns from B2B pitches through to consumer engagement.

Work with partners across the business to ensure campaigns support commercial goals and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). Represent the marketing needs of the EMEA region to the global hub leading the DAPP franchise and seasonal campaigns.

Bring strategic insight, foster innovative culture, keep abreast of relevant industry, consumer and media trends to ensure our campaigns are fresh, universally relevant, easily localizable and impactful for consumers.
 

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our London office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do

Marketing Planning

  • Support annual marketing planning for brand, cross-franchise, and category-driven campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and various regional teams to develop campaign materials.

  • Work with Hardlines/Food+ Marketing leads, plan campaigns, manage timelines, and support key partners and new business pitches.

  • Share plans with local marketing leads and facilitate regional integration.

  • Drive best practices and maintain consistent processes across regional marketing teams.
     

Campaign Management

  • Manage campaign workflow and provide weekly updates.

  • Oversee regional campaign budgets, timelines, and master campaign decks.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure production workstreams are on budget.

  • Lead regular regional campaign status meetings and manage team resources.
     

Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.

  • Identify priority SKUs for key campaigns and drive full-funnel approaches with partners.

  • Shape creative marketing toolkit deliverables and participate in planning meetings.

  • Brief relevant marketing functions and work with creative teams to deliver assets and campaign toolkits.

  • Ensure regional leads have the information needed to leverage campaigns effectively.
     

Areas of Accountability

  • Accountable to Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and brand commercialisation team for planning and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Manage overall brand marketing budget and ensure campaigns are compliant with legal parameters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Led multi-market consumer products marketing campaigns with regional budgets.

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in brand marketing.

  • Delivered multi-platform campaigns (retail, experiential, digital, above-the-line).

  • Created content for diverse languages and territories; culturally sensitive.

  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills.

  • Experience in Hardlines, Food+, and Softlines categories.

  • Built effective relationships across departments to achieve targets.

  • Managed budgets effectively.

  • Financial acumen and retail marketing understanding.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.

  • Fluent in English; other European languages beneficial.

  • Culturally sensitive with an understanding of regional market differences.
