Senior Manager Corporate Controllership CDI - F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Le senior manager Corporate Controllership dirige le hub d’information financière que représente le département Corporate Controllership. Ce rôle englobe un large périmètre d’activités d’expertise : consolidation, contrôle interne, expertise comptable et analyse financière, comptabilité générale et banque du groupe Euro Disney Associé S.A.S.
Vos missions comprennent également le reporting financier auprès des Leaders de Disneyland Paris et de la maison mère américaine, ainsi que les obligations de publications externes (comptes statutaires et reporting réglementaires).
Vous serez le garant du respect des règles de compliance présentes et à venir (CSRD , E-invoicing E-reporting).
Rattach(é)e à la Directrice Controllership & Tax, vous accomplirez vos missions dans un environnement international, en vous appuyant sur une équipe dynamique et structurée, ainsi que des processus rigoureux.
Vos principales missions :
Leadership
- Manager, fédérer, développer et faire monter en puissance vos équipes :
- Consolidation/Master Data Comptable/Expertise et Analyse Financière : 8 employés (1 manager, 1 superviseur consolidation/master data, 4 analystes financiers, 2 comptables)
- Contrôle interne : 1 contrôleur (rattaché hiérarchiquement au manager Consolidation/Master Data/Expertise)
- Comptabilité Générale & Banque : 11 employés (1 manager, 2 superviseurs, 1 assistant superviseur et 7 comptables)
- Soutenir et faire rayonner la vision de Disneyland Paris 2025 qui repose sur 4 priorités (Excellence opérationnelle • Expérience Cast Member valorisante • Expériences et produits captivants • Parcours consommateur Disney-Style) et qui est animée par 4 états d’esprit (Inclusion • Collaboration • Optimisme • Acteur du business.)
Principales Responsabilités
Accompagner votre équipe dans la mise en œuvre des missions dont vous êtes le garant ainsi que la mise en œuvre des projets de transformation tels que;
- Superviser et optimiser les clôtures comptables et le reporting financier en collaboration avec les départements partenaires (Contrôle de Gestion, Equipes Comptables, Revenue Management & Analytics, IT, Partenaires du segment US)
- Superviser le processus d’élaboration des documents de communication financière externe réglementaires (comptes annuels, rapports de gestion et, potentiellement, futur rapport CSRD en collaboration avec les services externes concernés)
- Coordonner les sujets comptables techniques et sensibles (y compris projets financiers tels que des regroupements de sociétés, opérations sur le capital, opérations de financement)
- Réaliser des projections financières en matière de cash-flow ou d’impôts sur les sociétés / Tests d’impairement / Élaboration d’analyses ad-hoc et de présentations financières au top management
- Agir en tant que Business Partner et d’expert auprès des équipes Finance sur les projets opérationnels, en partenariat avec le département expertise comptable US GAAP de TWDC
- Proposer et déployer des projets de transformation sur les systèmes financiers en mode waterfall ou agile. Vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer, transformer, rationaliser les processus en place à travers des projets dont vous piloterez directement la mise en œuvre
- Superviser le processus de conformité aux règles de contrôle interne (Sarbanes-Oxley et règles françaises) pour l’ensemble de Disneyland Paris
- Accompagner la mise en œuvre du contrôle interne par les nombreux Control Owners (Comptabilité, Informatique, Finance, Operations, Ressources Humaines, Revenue management) et cultivez un état d’esprit orienté « Contrôle interne » auprès des acteurs clés
- Superviser les audits internes et externes annuels en collaboration avec les équipes SOX de TWDC et les commissaires aux comptes / Construction et entretien d’une relation de confiance avec le Partner de notre cabinet de commissaires aux comptes.
Profil demandé :
- Bac+5 type de type Programme Grande Ecole de commerce / master d’audit et contrôle interne couplé impérativement à une filière expertise comptable DSCG ou Diplôme d’Expert-Comptable
- Excellent niveau technique en comptabilité et consolidation, comprenant une expérience minimum de 10 ans en comptabilité, y compris plusieurs années dans le domaine des normes US GAAP ou IFRS, et en contrôle interne
- Expérience en cabinet d’audit (Big 4) à minima jusqu’au niveau manager
- Expérience réussie en encadrement et développement d’équipes

- Capacité d’anticipation et de planification
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes multiples, avec recul et innovation
- Excellent niveau d’Anglais oral et écrit, notamment capacité de rédiger de façon détaillée des narratifs de processus financiers, Français courant
- Excellente communication à l’oral et à l’écrit, présentations au Leadership , capacité de restituer de façon accessible des sujets techniques à des non experts.
