Job Summary:

Au sein du pôle Consolidation & Reporting du département Corporate Controllership, sous la supervision des Senior Manager/Manager Consolidation, Reporting & SOX, vous participez activement à l’élaboration des états financiers consolidés sous les normes comptables américaines et garantissez la fiabilité des informations financières. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de plusieurs directions/services internes et collaborez étroitement avec le contrôle de gestion.

Objectifs :
- L’exactitude du compte de résultat et du bilan (fiabilité des données financières transmises) ;
- Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité du reporting financier au segment US Disney Experiences (Compte de résultat, Bilan, Flux de Trésorerie) ;
- Endosser le rôle de key business partner auprès des partenaires internes (opérationnels et financiers) dans le cadre de projets d’optimisation comptable ;
- Être acteur de la transformation et animer les sessions de partage avec les analystes afin de présenter continuellement les évolutions du service en matière d’efficience, de visualisation de données, et d’implémentation de nouveaux reportings à destination de la direction ;
- Force de proposition pour améliorer continuellement les analyses et soumissions de processus de clôture, de reporting et de prévisions (impôts sur les sociétés, cashflow)
- Alerter l’équipe d’audit interne/contrôle interne lorsque des risques sont identifiés à travers les revues internes de remontée des informations financières ;
- Collaborer avec l’ensemble des services transverses à l’activité : Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Revenue Management & Analytics, Treasury, Sourcing, IT, Business Financial Systems, Legal, HR and external auditors.

Mission :
- Co-animer votre pool de 3 analystes : préparer les clôtures comptables mensuelles, consolider et challenger les revues analytiques des contrôleurs de gestion (CoC) de fin de période, présenter la performance financière au manager senior manager et directeur, préparer la communication financière réglementée externe et, prochainement, participer au processus d’élaboration du reporting ESG;
- Coordonner et consolider les processus de prévision (LTP, AOP, Forecast) avec les équipes (FP&A, Corporate Controlleship, Treasury) pour l’impôt sur les sociétés et les flux de trésorerie;
- Proposer aux business partners les normes comptables américaines à appliquer afin de favoriser l’optimisation des impacts comptables sur les états financiers ;
- Participer à l’élaboration des messages à faire passer (Story-telling)

Profil :
• Bac +5 type école de commerce avec une spécialité en finance/comptabilité et un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en comptabilité/finance dans un domaine généraliste (première expérience en cabinet d’expertise comptable ou d’audit très appréciée)
• Expérience des règles comptables US GAAP (ou éventuellement IFRS) et des règles comptables françaises. Vous n’êtes pas nécessairement un(e) expert(e) sur l’ensemble des sujets mais vous êtes curieux(se) et débrouillard(e) et avez la capacité à aller chercher l’information et les règles comptables et à les interpréter pour être force de proposition (la documentation technique est fournie par notre équipe)
• Fortes compétences analytiques avec une capacité à prendre de la hauteur dans vos analyses (vue d’ensemble, « vision hélico ») tout en ayant la capacité de mener des « deep-dive » très poussés et techniques là où c’est nécessaire en challengeant vos contributeurs
• Méthodologie de travail rigoureuse et un esprit curieux.
• Anglais (niveau C1 ou supérieur) (la plupart des analyses sont en anglais)
• Maîtrise du pack office (Word, Excel en niveau avancé, PowerPoint avancé) et première expérience sur Power BI
L'usage de SAP et BW est un atout (Longview apprécié)
