Job Summary:

La magie du parc Disneyland Paris est rendue possible grâce à l’engagement quotidien des 19 000 hommes et femmes qui y travaillent de jour comme de nuit.

Dans le cadre de notre transformation impliquant une perpétuelle évolution des systèmes d’informations, vous évoluerez en tant qu’expert systèmes financiers et project lead dans le département Business Financial Systems pour évaluer et piloter des solutions informatiques innovantes sur des flux financiers et/ou transverses à l’entreprise The Walt Disney Company .

Votre Mission

Au sein de l’équipe Financial Systems, SAP Finance et systèmes périphériques, vos principales missions seront de :

  • Contribuer aux différentes phases des projets des autres équipes Financial Systems avec votre expertise technico-fonctionnelle (e.g : spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées, configuration, tests, cutover,…)

  • Chiffrer un portefeuille de projets Finance et transverses conjointement avec les équipes Financial Systems dans le cadre de la stratégie de l’entreprise.

  • Construire et piloter les phases des projets dont vous serez responsables avec les différentes parties prenantes, incluant les équipes de Financial Systems et Technology. Vous coordonnez les différents intervenants (internes et externes) et travaillez le cas échéant en collaboration avec les équipes de notre maison mère aux Etats-Unis afin de délivrer des solutions adaptées aux besoins fonctionnels et métiers qui auront été émis.

  • Participer au support en production sur plusieurs modules et add-ons SAP mais également sur les systèmes périphériques, et coordonner la résolution d’incidents sur l’ensemble de ces systèmes et sur les interfaces entrantes et sortantes avec SAP.

Activités principales

-  Forte contribution aux études d’opportunité et analyse des besoins en appréhendant les enjeux stratégiques

-  Identification des solutions disponibles tant en interne qu’en externe, analyse de leur faisabilité technique et de leurs impacts sur les SI pour émettre des recommandations de mise en œuvre et estimation des couts et des délais associés

- Pilotage de phases projets dans le respect des engagements en mobilisant l’ensemble des parties prenantes (contributions internes & externes)

- Forte contribution aux projets transversaux d’intégration de flux avec les applications locales et groupe (The Walt Disney Company)

- Chiffrer les évolutions et amélioration sur les systèmes financiers et diffusion des bonnes pratiques

- Contribuer sur les projets en tant qu’expert technico-fonctionnel

- Support en production pour nos clients internes sur nos modules SAP et systèmes périphériques

Votre Profil

 

Passionné(e) par le mode projet et amélioration des performances sur des solutions innovantes, nous vous offrons une ouverture sur des projets variés avec des équipes internationales (taille, durée, complexité, SI, ..)

Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience ou plus, acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou/et dans un environnement en gestion de projets informatiques lié aux métiers de la Finance, Comptabilité, Trésorerie. Une expertise des modules financiers et des modules logistiques (SD et intégration avec MM à minima) ainsi que des flux d’interfaces dans SAP (FI (AP, AR, GL, AA), CO, SD, VIM add-on, CM, MM…) et une connaissance des systèmes financiers en général (ex : TMS, EDI partners, applications Saas, etc…) seront nécessaires.

La maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit est indispensable pour ce poste.

Vous êtes impliqués dans la résolution des problématiques métiers et considérez l’informatique comme un outil devant être aisément accessible.

Vous êtes attiré(e) par les nouvelles technologies et les méthodes agiles.

Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de dynamisme, de rigueur, d'autonomie et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre capacité d’adaptation.
