Job Summary:

La Direction Sécurité et Prévention des Risques (DSPR), a pour mission de préserver la sécurité et la santé de l’ensemble des personnes qui viennent à Disneyland Paris : visiteurs, salariés, sous-traitants.

La centaine de collaborateurs qui compose le département accompagne au quotidien l’ensemble des directions opérationnelles pour évaluer et maîtriser les risques auxquels sont exposés nos visiteurs, nos salariés et centaines de sous-traitants, afin que leur expérience à Disneyland Paris reste magique.

La DSPR est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Prévention – Sécurité des Aliments.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Food Safety et dans le cadre de la stratégie déclinée par la Direction Générale, vous participez et veillez à la mise en application du programme de management de la sécurité des aliments, afin d’assurer la maîtrise des risques (humain, pénal, image de marque, etc.) en veillant au respect de nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos Missions :

  • Veiller à l’application des règlementations françaises et européennes et des standards internes en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité des aliments sur les activités dont vous êtes référent(e)

  • Déployer le programme de management de la sécurité des aliments sur les points de restauration et activités dont vous avez la charge : bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et de production, audits, plans de contrôles, etc.

  • Accompagner et suivre vos partenaires internes (équipes opérationnelles, R&D, …) et externes, dans leurs plans d’action : audits, prise en charge de visiteurs allergiques,…

  • Prendre en charge un ou plusieurs projets d’amélioration et d’innovation : nouveaux points de restauration, nouveaux modes de service, évolution des outils support, etc.

Votre profil :

Idéalement titulaire d'un Bac +4/5 spécialisé en Agro-alimentaire, vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expériences réussies en Qualité, Sécurité des Aliments dans la restauration commerciale ou collective, la grande distribution ou l’industrie agro-alimentaire.

Vous avez une très bonne compréhension des risques associés aux activités de restauration, et une très bonne connaissance des règlementations en vigueur.

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et synthétique, vous êtes capables de piloter plusieurs projets en simultané.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et de partage, un très bon relationnel.

Vous êtes force de proposition et savez travailler en autonomie. Lorsque la situation le demande, vous savez faire preuve d’adaptabilité et de réactivité.

Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et votre niveau d’anglais est opérationnel (niveau B2 minimum).

Ce poste est situé à Chessy (77), il est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDI, au statut Cadre.
