Chef(fe) d’Equipe Centre de Communication Opérationnel F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
A Disneyland Paris au sein de la Division Sureté Prévention Secours et Santé (SP2S), le Pôle Sûreté est composé d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de près de 250 personnes.
La sécurité est pour nous une priorité. Jour et nuit, les collaborateurs de notre Division Sécurité-Prévention-Secours mettent tout en œuvre pour assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes et permettent ainsi à chacun de profiter en toute tranquillité de son séjour en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager de notre centre de communication opérationnel, vous apportez méthode, pilotage et expertise dans le cadre de vos missions pour assurer la sécurité de notre site. Notre équipe de 10 opérateurs traite toutes les informations liées à la sûreté au sein de notre PC Sécurité basé à Marne la Vallée.
Vos missions ?
- Animer une équipe, organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence en salle et un dialogue permanent.
- Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs de l’équipe et transmettre son savoir-faire technique et comportemental.
- Traiter les opérations quotidiennes du service, administratives comme opérationnelles.
- Remonter les informations à son encadrement et prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service et la satisfaction client.
- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité (rapidité, prestation d’accueil et de qualité d’information).
- Traiter les problématiques remontées par la salle.
- Armer la salle de crise, gérer la main courante et garantir le bon fonctionnement des éléments techniques de la salle de crise.
- Assurer la notification d’incident par un système de notification de masse.
- Etablir les rapports météorologiques, assurer et anticiper une veille relative aux conditions climatiques.
- Transmettre de ses connaissances techniques et attitudes professionnelles auprès de ses collègues.
- S’intéresser à la vie de l’entreprise et à son fonctionnement.
Votre profil ?
Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste d'encadrement de +/- 10 personnes dans les métiers de la Sécurité/ Sûreté.
Vous avez une expérience dans une équipe de la police, de la gendarmerie ou du SDIS de 5 ans.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel et pour votre capacité d’adaptation tant auprès de nos équipes, qu’au contact des visiteurs.
Vous avez un niveau de Français courant (B2) et un niveau d’Anglais intermédiaire (B1).
Vous avez une première expérience dans la formation, de l’accompagnement ou du tutorat de vos équipes.
Une très bonne maîtrise du pack office (Word, Excel, Power point) et des outils numériques est indispensable.
Vous avez un excellent sens du rédactionnel et êtes capable de produire des rapports, des comptes-rendus et des courriels de manière concise et claire.
Vous êtes titulaire de la carte professionnelle « agent de gardiennage ou de surveillance humaine pouvant inclure l'utilisation de moyens électroniques ».
Vous possédez idéalement le SSIAP2 en cours de validité.
poste CDI, basé à Marne la Vallée (77), poste sur site le jour pendant 1 mois et nuit 1 mois (12 heures)
