Job Summary:

Au sein de la Division Sureté Prévention Secours et Santé (SP2S), le Pôle Sûreté est composé d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de près de 250 personnes.

La sécurité est pour nous une priorité. Jour et nuit, les collaborateurs de notre Division Sécurité-Prévention-Secours mettent tout en œuvre pour assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes et permettent ainsi à chacun de profiter en toute tranquillité de son séjour en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Sous la responsabilité du Manager vous serez responsable de veiller à la sécurité des biens et des personnes sur l'ensemble du site magique de Disneyland Paris ainsi que sur nos Hôtels. Vous serez chargé d'assurer un environnement sûr et accueillant pour nos visiteurs du monde entier, en mettant en pratique les 5 clés Disney : sûreté, efficacité, spectacle, courtoisie et inclusion.

A ce titre, vous aurez la responsabilité de garantir :

  • La gestion de la sécurité des biens et des personnes sur tout le site de Disneyland Paris.
  • L’application des procédures de sûreté avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
  • L’intervention rapide et efficace en cas de besoin.
  • La surveillance des lieux et le signalement de toute anomalie.
  • L’interaction avec nos visiteurs dans un esprit d'accueil et de service.

Votre Profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire au minimum du TFP. A.P.S., ou d’un diplôme dans la sécurité ;
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’un an minimum dans le domaine de la sûreté ;
  • Vous possédez une carte professionnelle en cours de validité ;
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B depuis 2 ans ;
  • Vous avez un niveau de Français C1 (courant) et vous avez idéalement des bases en Anglais (niveau basique A2) ou une autre langue ;
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique et vous êtes aussi bon(ne) communicant(e) ;
  • Vous avez la capacité de travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
