Job Summary:

Quel est votre rôle ?

Sous la responsabilité de la Cheffe de Groupe Production, vous interviendrez sur le panel de missions suivant :

  • Assister les chargé(e)s de production et l'équipe Production de chacun de vos projets dans le suivi opérationnel (visite, montage, répétitions, etc.), rédiger et diffuser le "production book" ;

  • Organiser les réunions de suivi des productions et en rédiger les comptes-rendus ;

  • Gérer la logistique opérationnelle des projets confiés ;

  • Coordonner les demandes d’achats nécessaires aux évènements/projets en assurant la mise à jour régulière des données dans les systèmes dédiés (saisir, suivre et réceptionner les commandes, etc.) ;

  • Participer à l'élaboration du planning du projet ;

  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité (efficacité, prestation d'accueil et qualité d'information, etc.), des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité ;

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services, etc. et aider ponctuellement dans toute activité répondant aux besoins opérationnels du département.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Être titulaire d’un BAC+2 (min.) dans le domaine de la production ou de la gestion de projet est un réel atout.

Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, en production ou gestion de projets dans le domaine du spectacle vivant, évènementiel ou audiovisuel.

Vous maîtrisez les outils du pack office à un niveau intermédiaire et êtes en mesure de les utiliser régulièrement (présentations PowerPoint ; fichiers Excel ; etc.).

Vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit) B2-C1, vous permettant de communiquer avec des équipes et interlocuteurs externes anglophones, de rédiger des comptes-rendus de réunions, etc.

Votre niveau de français est excellent : C1 minimum.

Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre capacité à communiquer efficacement et régulièrement auprès de toutes les parties prenantes aux projets qui vous sont confiés (client, partenaires, collègues, management) ;

  • Votre capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes techniques, opérationnelles, clients, direction, prestataires, etc.), ainsi qu’avec vos pairs ;

  • Votre capacité à planifier et coordonner votre travail (capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps) ;

  • Votre capacité à vous adapter et à prendre des initiatives afin de trouver des solutions dans des temps courts, face à des problématiques et aléas opérationnels.

  • Votre rigueur, notamment dans le cadre du suivi administratif de vos dossiers.
