Job Summary:

Le département Cast Dining - rattaché à la division Total Rewards des Ressources Humaines - de DLP œuvre au quotidien pour le bien-être des Cast Members en s’assurant que les prestataires de restauration de Disneyland Paris offrent un service conforme au niveau de qualité attendue.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de mission restauration d’entreprise qui aura pour mission de participer à la gestion opérationnelle du suivi des contrats de prestataires de restauration en coordonnant et facilitant les relations entre les prestataires d’une part, et les différents départements internes d’autre part, tout en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

 

Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront de :

  • Veiller à l’application par les prestataires des normes d’hygiène en vigueur (HACCP)

  • Vérifier la qualité et le respect des engagements contractuels des prestataires

  • Identifier les écarts de qualité dans nos points de vente et proposer, déployer et suivre la mise en place des plans d’actions correctives

  • Alerter le management en fonction de la nature et gravité du problème

  • Respecter les règles de sécurité sur son lieu de travail

  • Prendre en charge tout ou partie des projets visant à améliorer l'offre et l'expérience client

 

Vous serez en charge de :

  • Faciliter et coordonner les relations entre les prestataires et les départements internes de l’entreprise

  • Contrôler les prestations à l’aide des grilles d’audit

  • Coordonner l’activité de distribution automatique (demandes de nouveaux distributeurs, transferts, déplacements)

  • Rédiger les Plans de Prévention annuels et ponctuels (CIEE, Plancile)

  • Coordonner les travaux de maintenance interne des différents points de vente (Planilog)

  • Saisir les commandes de consommables, de prestation et suivre leur réception financière (SAP)

  • Participer aux projets de son secteur d’activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division

 

Votre profil ?

  • Une expérience professionnelle significative en restauration collective ou commerciale sur un poste similaire est indispensable

  • Vous connaissez les normes HACCP

  • Vous avez un niveau maitrise en français (niveau C1) et un niveau intermédiaire en anglais (niveau intermédiaire B2), à l’écrit comme à l’oral

  • Une maîtrise du pack office ainsi que des logiciels Plancile et SAP est indispensable

  • Vous êtes titulaire du Permis B depuis plus de deux ans

Votre esprit d’analyse, et votre capacité de synthèse font partie de vos compétences. 

Vous vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle et une communication fluide et adaptée à votre auditoire.

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, mobile et apte aux déplacements quotidiens entre les différents lieux de restauration du site Disneyland Paris.

Le sens du service et la relation client sont au cœur de vos priorités. 

Une bonne connaissance du site et des coulisses serait un véritable atout.
