Description du poste :

Rattaché(e) au service Contrôle de Gestion Media Chaînes TV et Disney+, vous assisterez le Production Finance Manager et la Média Financial Analyst et l’équipe dans la gestion administrative des contrats d'acquisition et de production (pour les séries / films destinés à être diffusés par Disney), et participerez activement aux missions de contrôle de gestion.

Vos principales missions seront :

- Participation à la gestion des contrats de droits (acquisition et production) pour les Chaines de TV linéaires

  • Suivi des contrats, de leur lancement à leur paiement

  • Gestion du processus d’approbation des paiements

  • Saisie des factures et suivi de leur bon règlement

  • Soutien à la création et modification éventuelle des comptes fournisseurs sur DSMP (Disney Supplier Management Portal)

- Soutien de l’équipe, participation au suivi des clôtures trimestrielles et aux activités budgétaires

  • Implication dans les validations d’achat de programmes et leur suivi budgétaire

  • Participation active au suivi des obligations de quota d’investissement

  • Suivi budgétaire des achats de programmes

  • Suivi des amortissements

  • Montée en puissance sur le processus budgétaire et de forecast

  • Contribuer aux clôtures trimestrielles et à l’analyse des résultats

  • Participer aux travaux d’audit menés sur les sociétés de production

  • Réalisation d’études et analyses ponctuelles

Profil recherché :

Etudiant(e) de niveau Bac+4 ou Bac + 5 en Comptabilité et Contrôle de gestion, vous possédez une première expérience dans ces domaines et faites preuve de rigueur, de capacité d’adaptation et d'esprit d'équipe.

Compétences requises :

  • Aisance rédactionnelle en français et en anglais

  • Maîtrise du logiciel Excel

  • Connaissance du logiciel SAP souhaitée
