Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • 為抵達前、入住期間和入住後的國賓廳賓客提供賓至如歸的服務
  • 為入住國賓廳的賓客提供優質的餐飲服務
  • 為國賓廳賓客提供協助，解答問題，並提供有關樂園和門票資訊
  • 處理各項現金和信用咭付款及外幣兌換
  • 處理國賓廳賓客的餐飲預訂
  • 按營運需要，協助大堂前台運作

Basic Qualifications:

  • 需具備主動積極服務態度，性格開朗及良好賓客溝通技巧及應對能力
  • 良好的溝通能力

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 擁有於酒店，賓客服務和旅遊業的工作經驗

Preferred Education:

  • 曾修讀酒店及旅遊業相關課程

Additional Information:

工作時間： 我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班，並需要在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。
