Job Summary:

Votre Mission :

Au sein de la division Contrôle de Gestion Opérations et Projets & Support, sous la supervision du Manager Finance FOS, vous élaborez et suivez le compte de résultats de vos clients internes et vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) pour toutes questions financières d’une partie de la Direction Facilities Services & Support (Maintenance Infrastructure, Transport et Services Généraux - gestion des backstages et des services support) ainsi que le suivi de Projets spéciaux en Capital et Expense.

Objectifs :

- L’analyse de la performance financière de la division ;

- L’élaboration, le suivi et le contrôle du budget ainsi que des forecasts de la division ;

- L’exactitude du compte de résultat et notamment de la fiabilité des données financières transmises ;

- Être l’interlocuteur Finance privilégié(e) de la division tant au quotidien que sur la division ;

- Etre pro-actif et force de proposition pour mettre en place de nouveaux outils de suivi, d’analyse et de forecasting

Missions :

- Coordonner les processus de prévisions (LTP, AOP, Forecast) avec les équipes;

- Faire preuve de challenge auprès du business afin d’améliorer la précision des prévisions (accuracy) ;

- Préparer et envoyer les écritures comptables et analytiques lors des clôtures mensuelles ;

- Analyser et expliquer mensuellement les écarts entre le budget, les prévisions et le réalisé ;

- Mettre à jour les reportings et indicateurs principaux de performance de la division ;

- Participer activement à la gestion de projets Finance et êtes force de proposition ;

- Identifier les risques et proposer des actions correctives ;

- Participer à l’élaboration et à la restitution des présentations financières ainsi que les messages à faire passer (story-telling)

Votre profil :

Contrôleur de gestion Senior (ou Confirmé avec 2-3 ans d’expérience)

Idéalement de formation Bac+4/5 Ecole de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en finance, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie de 3/4 ans en contrôle de gestion.

Votre anglais est courant. La maitrise des outils informatiques suivant est un plus : Pack office, SAP, Power BI et BW (suivi du Capital). Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle, d’une bonne communication orale et écrite.
