Département

Le département, « Land Development », en charge de l’aménagement du territoire du Val d'Europe vise à déployer un urbanisme cohérent et de qualité sur le long terme, à contribuer à l'activité économique, sociale et environnementale des territoires situés à proximité de la destination touristique et attirer des entreprises nationales et internationales. L'équipe dans laquelle vous travaillerez a la charge de grandes opérations urbaines et immobilières, tels que des programmes de logements, bureaux, développement de centre-ville ainsi que du suivi de la programmation et du foncier conformément à la convention signé avec l’Etat en 1987.

L’architecte urbaniste chargé de projet travaille sous la direction du Manager Architecture et Urbanisme.

Il réalise des études de quartiers urbaines et architecturales à différentes échelles, il étudie la faisabilité des différents projets et propose des supports graphiques de présentation de ses études pour les projets développés par Disney sur le territoire de Val d’Europe.

Profil du poste :

  • Conception et dessin de plan masse. Etude de programmation et de réceptivité. Réalisation des dessins et supports techniques relatifs (CAD)
  • Gestion en toute autonomie des projets qui lui sont confiés. Présentation de ces projets, aux équipes internes à DLRP et externes (EPA-VEA)
  • Réalisation des documents graphiques aux différents stades d'un projet d’urbanisme : à l’échelle urbaine (découpage de lot coupe de voiries, études d’épannelages) et de l’échelle du bâtiment (plan masse et étude de réceptivité, analyse des façades et de leur compositions) réalisation des documents nécessaires à la communication des projets.
  • Traitement d’images, numérisation et retouche de photos.
  • Travail sur photo aérienne, exploitation de documents topographiques. 
  • Gestion des documents des consultations architecturales des nouveaux projets de Val d’Europe
  • Analyse des PC, DCE, Dossiers marché avec le coordinateur technique.
  • Suivi de la conformité architecturale sur chantier en support du coordinateur technique.

Système(s) Informatique(s) requis :

  • Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques CAD et du dessin/croquis à main levée : 
  • Environnement Windows
  • AutoCAD - Adobe Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office (outlook, word, power point, excel)
  • La maitrise d'Illustrator serait un plus

Formations :

Diplôme d'architecture avec une expérience souhaitée de 2-3 ans minimum. Post diplôme en urbanisme ou master en Urbanisme, ou expérience en Urbanisme.

Langue(s) requise(s) :

  • Français
  • La maîtrise d’anglais serait un plus.
