L'essor de la BI est en marche, avec l'avènement de la modern data stack, les outils BI sont désormais au cœur d'une transformation pour améliorer les insights métiers.

Le Data Office est une entité transverse qui adresse l'ensemble des lignes business au sein de Disneyland Paris. Elle accompagne également les projets structurants de transformation comme l'optimisation des ventes, et l'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle. La stack technique repose sur AWS, Snowflake, Sagemaker pour le ML, Tableau, Power BI ou BO pour la partie BI.

Au sein de l'équipe Data Office, nous recherchons un BI Engineer pour participer à la montée en charge des usages BI au sein de Disneyland Paris dans l'ensemble des divisions métiers (Revenue Management, Industrial Engineering...). Vous travaillerez sur 4 grands pilliers stratégiques de la BI, sur la gouvernance, la montée en compétence sur les outils pour les usagers, la création de visuels aussi inspirant que notre destination et sur des sujets d'innovations autour de l'automatisation et du développement de l'activité de Self-Service BI.

  • Développer & concevoir des dashboards BI pour des équipes métiers : Participation à la prise de besoin, développement d'un template, récupération des données auprès de Data Engineer, préparation des données en SQL, restitution de KPI ou d'analyses sous forme de reporting, dashboard, datajournal                                                                                                       
  • Administration & Gouvernance : prise en main du serveur Tableau, apprentissage des lignes de commandes REST API, mise en place de processus automatisé pour améliorer la gouvernance & l'administration de la plateforme                                                                                                  
  • Meilleures pratiques BI : participation à la mise en place d'un processus CI/CD pour deploiement de dashboard & datasources                                                                                                 
  • Communauté : Participer à l'animation d'une communauté autour de l'analytics interne à Disneyland Paris, avec animation d'atelier d'innovation autour des produits Tableau, Power BI                                                                                                         
  • Innovation : Benchmark des solutions de BI & de GenBI (Metabase, Riil, Superset, Power BI, Tableau)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

                                                          

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Statistiques / Mathématiques appliquées / Ingénierie des données / Data Analyse et recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2025 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais et capable de communiquer efficacement dans un environnement international
  • Vous avez idéalement des compétences en SQL, Python, Excel, un outil de BI de préférence Tableau ou Power BI
  • Vous avez une appétence pour le design UI/UX, l’utilisation de Figma, Miro, Powerpoint
  • Vous avez idéalement des notions sur AWS, Airflow, DBT, Git
  • Vous êtes curieux (« think outside the box »), vous avez un réel sens du service & de la satisfaction des utilisateurs et vous êtes à l’aise pour prendre la parole en public
