Job Summary:

Disneyland® Paris compte sept hôtels thématisés qui contribuent pleinement à l’expérience de nos visiteurs pendant toute la durée de leur séjour. 
De 2 à 5 étoiles, nos hôtels regroupent tous les services : bagagerie, réception, service d’étages, restauration, boutiques, piscines, etc. Anticiper et personnaliser les attentes clients, être attentif(ve) aux détails, tout est fait pour garantir la satisfaction de nos visiteurs : l’excellence de service est notre maître-mot.  

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Zone Hôtelière, vous assurez les missions de suivi et de prévention nécessaires afin de garantir aux visiteurs un séjour de qualité optimale, en veillant au respect des Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle, Efficacité. 

Vos missions :

  • Effectuer des contrôles ponctuels (audits) dans les départements afin de s'assurer du respect des règles et procédures en vigueur

  • Assurer le bon déroulement des actions et des échanges entre les services concernés, en cas d'incident

  • Effectuer un reporting factuel des évènements et remonter les informations pertinentes aux départements concernés

  • Participer à des projets du secteur d'activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division

  • Assurer la répartition géographique des clients entre les 7 établissements en coordination avec les managers

  • Transmettre aux clients les informations liées à des situations d'urgence ou complexes

  Vos atouts pour réussir :

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le management / gestion hôtelière  

  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en hôtellerie et gestion de crise

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C2) vous avez un niveau en anglais avancé (C1) et la connaissance d’une troisième langue (B2)

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de la communication, votre capacité d’analyse et aptitude à prendre des initiatives

  • Vos maitrisez le Pack Office

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier (travail en semaine et weekend, amplitude variable)

Stage à pourvoir à partir de janvier 2025 pour une durée de 6 mois !
