Job Summary:

Le spectacle vivant est au cœur des activités quotidiennes de Disneyland® Paris, que ce soit sur les parcs, le Disney Village ou encore les hôtels et leurs centres de convention. Essentielles pour garantir le bon déroulement de nos spectacles et événements, les équipes Entertainment sont composées de 1 300 techniciens et artisans représentants une multitude de métiers dans des domaines variés et pluridisciplinaires (régie plateau, techniques son et lumière, effets spéciaux, costumes, décors, etc.).  

Vos missions  :

La division spectacle de Disneyland Paris et plus précisément l'équipe du pôle "Sport et Bien-Être" qui est innovante, créative et en constante évolution recherche un stagiaire pour accompagner physiquement les cast members qui contribuent chaque jour à l'émerveillement de nos visiteurs en proposant des spectacles de qualité chargés en émotions et de magie.

Sous la supervision de votre tuteur et au sein de l’équipe, vous serez amené à :  

  • Agir pour le bien-être des Cast Members et contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle,

  • Assurer la remontée des informations nécessaires à l'appréciation du développement des Cast Members,

  • Sensibiliser les Cast Members à la pratique régulière d’une activité physique,

  •  Animer les séances collectives et individuelle d’échauffement, d’étirement et de renforcement musculaire avant le début des activités,

  • Suivre et coanimer les programmes sportifs individualisés sous la tutelle d'un coach sportif référent,

  • Contrôler la conformité du matériel mis à disposition pour la pratique.

 Vos atouts pour ce poste  :  

  • Vous êtes actuellement en Licence ou Master (STAPS, Coach sportif ...) et vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage

  • Vous avez une première expérience dans l’encadrement sportif (association, municipalité, salle de sport, …),

  • Vous avez des connaissances en activités sportives, et éventuellement dans le domaine du spectacle, de la danse et/ou du cirque,  

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bienveillance et votre écoute active, vous savez vous adapter à votre interlocuteur et faire preuve de pédagogie, 

  • Vous parlez français couramment (C1) et vous avez un niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B2), la pratique d’une troisième langue européenne est un plus,

  • Des connaissances et la maitrise des outils digitaux (réseaux sociaux, montage vidéo...) seraient un plus, 

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier : travail en

semaine et le weekend.
