Depuis 1988, la grande famille des Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalise l’ensemble des Land et attractions de Disneyland Paris.

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié à l’extension du parc Walt Disney Studios, et notre pôle RIDE MECHANICAL (ATTRACTIONS) a besoin de vous !

Nous recherchons un Projeteur Mécanique F/M/NB.


En sa qualité de Projeteur mécanique, vous aurez pour missions : 
-    Faire le relevé de dimensions et de caractéristiques techniques sur site, sur ensembles ou sur pièces.
-    Participer aux réunions techniques de la définition du besoin jusqu’aux tests d’exploitation.
-    Obtenir des données techniques des composants du commerce.
-    Obtenir de la documentation technique existante sur les bases de données Disney EPDM, EDMS et Docuware.
-    Obtenir et vérifications des modèles 3D de pièces du commerce et visseries achetées
-    Récupérer des données techniques sur les plans et modèles d’autres formats que Solidworks (STEP, IGS, AutoCAD, Scan 3D, schémas, …)
-    Créer les modèles 3D de pièces et construction des assemblages Solidworks selon les Standards Disney.
-    Faire des choix techniques conformes aux règles de l’art applicables (normes matériaux, normes de soudage, norme des assemblages boulonnés, ajustements, rugosité).
-    Faire la mise en plan des pièces de détail et des assemblages conformes aux exigences applicables (cotation ISO, tolérancement, Standard Disney).
-    Réaliser les chaines de cotes  prenant en compte les tolérances dimensionnelles.
-    Rédiger les documents de diffusion (ECF, ECO).
-    Intégrer les modèles et des plans dans la base documentaire EPDM.
-    Assurer le support aux demandes de dérogation fournisseur.
-    Assurer le contrôle des pièces à la réception (dimensionnel, matière, rugosité, traitement de surface, …)

Sous la responsabilité et selon les consignes de l’ingénieur, vous pourrez aussi :
-    Faire l’établissement d’analyse fonctionnelle et définition des besoins.
-    Faire des demandes de prix auprès de fournisseurs avec plans, 3D et spécification qualité.
-    Réaliser des calculs analytiques ou éléments finis de pré-dimensionnement des pièces et assemblages mécaniques.
-    Calculer des systèmes hydrauliques ou pneumatiques.
-    Définir les alliages et traitements de surface applicables.
-    Faire des écritures de procédures de maintenance documentées.
-    Réaliser des essais techniques ou technologiques.

Votre profil :
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 minimum.
Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
Vous avez pu au cours de vos expérience modéliser sous Solidworks.
Vous avez idéalement une expérience en calcul d’éléments finis sous Ansys.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais B1 minimum, vous permettant de participer à des réunions, lire et rédiger de la documentation.
Vous êtes curieux (se) et volontaire.
Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe et en mode projet et savez collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs (notamment les techniciens).


Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
Poste en CDI Chantier (durée de fin estimée : mars 2026).
Basé sur le parc Disneyland Paris (77 – RER A Marne-la-Vallée Chessy)
