Job Summary:

Vous évoluez au sein de notre département Restauration qui symbolise la diversité comme source de richesse. Nous proposons, à travers nos 55 restaurants, différents types de restauration (Buffet, service à table, au comptoir…) et une grande diversité de cuisine (italienne, steakhouse, bistro, gastronomique…). Avec pour point commun : faire vivre à nos visiteurs, au quotidien, l’excellence de service Disney

Sous la responsabilité du Manager du Restaurant, vous êtes le lien au quotidien avec les différents intervenants opérationnels et participez à l’animation d’une équipe d’environ 50 collaborateurs afin de garantir l’excellence de service que Disneyland a décidé d’offrir à ses clients.  


 

Vos missions :
  
- Encadrer une équipe : organiser, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent.
- Insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec son responsable, une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs.
- Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs de l'équipe à l’aide de coachings réguliers et transmettre son savoir-faire technique et comportemental.
- Être le relais du management auprès des équipes et assurer la bonne communication des messages émanant de celui-ci.
- Garantir et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité : rapidité, prestation d'accueil et qualité de service attendue par les clients, ainsi que les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
- Traiter les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Alerter en temps réel des écarts de performances au regard des objectifs de productivité préalablement définis avec les services compétents (finance, optimisation, qualité...).

- Réaliser les entretiens individuels (QCs) et les récaps des membres de l’équipe.

- Prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service/ produit et la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien.
- Participer aux projets de son secteur d'activité.     

   

  • Idéalement titulaire d’un diplôme en Hôtellerie-Restauration, vous justifiez impérativement d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum en qualité de manager restaurant au sein de grandes entreprises de la restauration rapide.

  • Vous avez évolué à la tête d’équipe de minimum 30 personnes  

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans la restauration
  • La maitrise des process de caisse et des normes HACCP est indispensable.

  • Vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication.     
  • Êtes Structuré(e) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer, accompagner, développer et fédérer une équipe.     
  • Etes force de proposition et orienté(e) solutions.     
  • L’excellence de service et la satisfaction clients sont au cœur de vos priorités.     
  • Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.      
  • Vous avez un niveau de Français C1 minimum et un niveau d’Anglais intermédiaire B2.
  • Une flexibilité sur les horaires et jours de travail est nécessaire pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
