Job Summary:
La division Parcs Opérations Product Intégration travaille sur le développement de projets neufs, les projets d’investissements annuels, l'amélioration continue, l'accessibilité des visiteurs et la propreté des parcs.
Au sein de cette division, au sein des équipes jour Support Propreté des Parcs, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Parc Opérations Expérimenté(e).
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Support Propreté des Parcs, vous êtes le lien au quotidien avec les différents intervenants opérationnels et prestataires de service afin de garantir l’optimisation des résultats de l’activité quotidienne et la qualité de service attendue par nos clients internes et externes en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions ?
Garantir la propreté des parcs et des backstages au quotidien ainsi que la bonne application des cahiers des charges/contrats de prestation de service
Assurer un suivi rigoureux du planning des prestations hygiène et propreté
Organiser et réaliser les contrôles contradictoires qualité quotidiens avec les prestataires de service au sein des différentes zones notamment en backstage : être proactif en veillant au suivi des anomalies constatées et des actions correctives.
Identifier et déclarer les différentes anomalies aux différents services techniques et en faire le suivi
Garantir un environnement de qualité pour nos collaborateurs et nos visiteurs
Gérer des projets divers en lien direct avec la propreté (réhabilitation des locations, évènements, suivi des consommables sanitaires, plan hivernal, etc…)
Encadrer une équipe : organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent.
Animer l’équipe au quotidien, la coacher et insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec son manager, une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs.
Assurer la formation et le développement des nouveaux collaborateurs de l’équipe et transmettre son savoir-faire technique et comportemental.
Gérer le disciplinaire de premier niveau
Réaliser les échanges individuels réguliers (QCs) ainsi que les entretiens professionnels des membres de l'équipe
Votre profil ?
Une expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans en management d'équipe au sein de secteurs d'activités de prestations de service est exigée.
Ce poste requiert de nombreux déplacements sur site : une très bonne connaissance du site et le permis B depuis plus de deux ans sont indispensables.
Vous parlez français couramment (C1).
Une expérience en gestion de prestataires de service serait un atout.
Une flexibilité horaire et des jours de repos est demandée pour ce poste et en fonction des besoins du service.

Vous êtes également dynamique et réactif(ve) face aux situations d’urgence.
Ce poste est basé à Marne la Vallée, en CDI au statut Agent de maitrise assimilé Cadre.
