L’équipe projet est en charge du suivi et des projets d’évolution des outils de gestion des effectifs opérationnels (dimensionnement du besoin, planification, saisie des temps), du déploiement sur les lignes de business opérationnelles, des nouveaux outils de dimensionnement et de planification et de la mise en œuvre opérationnelles des décisions stratégiques impliquant des évolutions des process de planification ou des outils associés.

Ces projets concernent notamment pour l’exercice 2025-2026 :

  • L’accompagnement du déploiement et suivi post déploiement du nouveau système de planification et participation à l'accompagnement des équipes à l'appropriation du nouvel outil
  • L’accompagnement aux évolutions et impacts induits par les projets transverses (changement des outils RH et Paie)
  • L'accompagnement sur le projet de remplacement des outils de gestion des intérimaires

  • Vous participez au suivi des différentes phases du projet d’évolution des systèmes source (tests, préparation des outils d'accompagnement)

  • Vous participez à la construction des tests plan : développement des indicateurs de suivi

  • Vous proposez de nouveaux outils permettant de répondre aux besoins d’analyse et de suivi des performances

  • Vous gérez les projets en autonomie selon votre expérience / la complexité projet                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Management de projet IT (école d’ingénieur, université, école de commerce) et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois à partir de septembre 2025 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais et capable de communiquer efficacement dans un environnement international
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment Excel (niveau avancé)
  • Une maîtrise d’un outil collaboratif (Teams, outil de sondage, enquête) est un plus
  • Une connaissance et une aisance dans le domaine informatique est un plus
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse, impliquée, avec un bon sens de l’analyse et de l’organisation et capable de s’intégrer dans une équipe
