Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2025, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Vous effectuerez votre alternance au sein de la Division Workforce Insights et de son service Analyse & Sourcing, en charge de l’évaluation et du suivi des heures nécessaires à l’opération de notre destination, et de la définition du niveau et du type d’effectifs.

La Division Workforce Insights a pour mission d'avoir la bonne ressource, au bon moment, au bon endroit, en délivrant les bonnes stratégies, standards et process de gestion des effectifs qui assurent une qualité de service exceptionnelle à nos visiteurs, l'engagement de nos salariés, tout en optimisant les investissements en ressources.

  • Vous déterminez les besoins opérationnels d’effectifs en fonction de l’activité projetée
  • Vous suivez les besoins d’effectifs (plan Sourcing) et les ajustez régulièrement
  • Vous proposez des transferts d’effectifs pour s’adapter aux fluctuations de besoin et gérer les fermetures temporaires
  • Vous analysez les indicateurs et partagez le résultat de ces analyses de façon régulière et adaptée aux différents acteurs du domaine
  • Vous élaborez et documentez (procédure et process) les outils de gestion, les indicateurs, les rapports et analyses favorisant l’aide à la décision
  • Vous proposez de nouveaux outils permettant de répondre aux besoins d’analyse et de suivi des performances
  • Vous pourrez gérer un projet en autonomie selon votre expérience

                       

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Finance / Ressources Humaines / Gestion et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2025 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation). Vous avez une appétence pour l’optimisation / l’analyse de données.
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment Excel. Les outils Tableau Software, Microsoft 360 (Power BI, Power Query) sont un plus
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et vous avez une bonne capacité à communiquer et vous savez travailler en équipe
