As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of projects and initiatives within the Business Network Design Services portfolio in Enterprise Technology. This individual will work closely with both Engineers and Managers to ensure processes and standards are followed. Ensure critical project data is up to date and maintained in all systems (Project milestones, project compliance audits, status, stakeholders, financials, resources, etc across a large portfolio of projects.  

The Project Coordinator will drive resource team forecasting through a 12-month rolling calendar. The Project Coordinator will also be required to manage small-size initiatives and some project oversight. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator provides ongoing functions/deliverables, including;

  • Manages Project Portfolio document repositories, ensuring they are maintained and updated

  • Meet with engineers and managers on a regular basis to ensure team forecasting is maintained and updated

  • Provide Project Status Reporting

  • Maintains issue/risk logs

  • Effectively manages/executes needed escalation

  • Supports governance practices and protocols to control and monitor the program/projects 

  • Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks

  • Actively participates in process and practice improvements in the project management environment and serves as a catalyst for project management excellence

  • Provides oversight to ensure critical day-to-day project deliverables 

  • Manages project budgets and forecasts

  • Accountable for driving the execution and delivery of projects from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of using modern work management and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, ServiceNow, etc)

  • A minimum of 3 years of using project management tools (Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, Tableau etc)

  • A minimum of 3 years of data analysis including providing data metrics, data visualization, data reports to executive leadership.

  • A minimum of 3 years of data mesh, ensuring data is shared across multiple tools, teams, or lines of business 

  • A minimum of 3 years of project schedules, budgeting and forecasting

Nice to haves:

  • Leads with practicality and wisdom amid with competing priorities and diverse personalities.

  • Operates as an independent and dynamic project leader. Highly adept at influencing without direct authority 

  • Escalates need for guidance and support to direct manager effectively and regularly

  • Utilizes highly developed communication skills to facilitate project-related or service delivery conversations with technology senior leaders/managers/directors and service owners alike

  • Foster a team environment of self-organization, retrospect to learn and adapt with the goal of delivering the highest value to our guests and cast

Certifications:

  • Six Sigma

  • Certified Project Manager

  • Scrum Master

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Project/Program management or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
