Directeur(trice) Food and Beverage Disneyland Hôtel – F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
Depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024, le Disneyland® Hotel s’est métamorphosé autour d’un thème royal, proposant une expérience encore plus immersive, enrichie par un service 5 étoiles et une hospitalité exceptionnelle. Véritable royaume pour de nombreux Princes et Princesses Disney, l’hôtel propose des chambres et suites élégamment décorées ainsi que des espaces communs entièrement modernisés et réimaginés, tels que les restaurants, bars, boutiques, piscine et spa.

Vous partagerez votre passion pour la gastronomie et l’excellence du service avec votre équipe ainsi qu’avec les clients de l’hôtel. À la tête d’une équipe d’environ 400 personnes dont 8 Managers, vous coordonnerez et superviserez l’ensemble des opérations de restauration, incluant les dîners, petits-déjeuners, buffets et le service en chambre.
Ce rôle est rattaché à la General Manager et sera essentiel pour renforcer l’image de marque et la qualité de l’hôtel tout en maîtrisant les coûts, offrant des expériences mémorables aux invités et favorisant un environnement de travail positif au sein de votre département.
Responsabilités :
Contribuer aux orientations stratégiques et à la définition des politiques des restaurants.
Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan opérationnel annuel, tout en supervisant et gérant les budgets alloués à votre périmètre.
Atteindre les résultats attendus, optimiser les performances et proposer des actions d’amélioration continue.
Piloter, encadrer et contribuer aux projets et initiatives menés dans votre domaine et/ou au sein de la division, tout en en assurant le suivi.
Développer des offres ou services répondant aux attentes et besoins des clients.
Coordonner et superviser les activités de l’équipe (managers, etc.).
Évaluer les actions et performances des membres de l’équipe et encourager leur développement professionnel.
Renforcer les relations et la communication avec l’ensemble des services et partenaires.
Veiller au respect des réglementations, accords d’entreprise et politiques RH, tout en maintenant un climat social positif en collaboration avec les fonctions support.
Votre profil :
Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en management dans le secteur Food & Beverage hôtelier.
Solide expérience dans l’hôtellerie de luxe, avec une expertise en gestion d’opérations à fort volume.
Une expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les partenaires sociaux et les négociations syndicales est souhaitée.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise ; l’espagnol serait un atout.
Compétence sur Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibilité horaire, incluant les week-ends et des éventuelles plages de nuit pour assurer une continuité des opérations.
Une expérience internationale constitue un avantage significatif.
Une expérience dans un restaurant étoilé serait un plus pour ce poste.
