Job Summary:
About our Program: Magic is Within YouLooking for ways to expand your resume while building a network of connections and friendships to last a lifetime?Experience a one-of-a-kind internship where you can enjoy endless uniquely Disney opportunities while working a frontline or backstage role at Walt Disney World® Resort. This internship offers a starting rate of $17 per hour. The arrival dates are in May, June, August, and September of 2025, and departure dates are no sooner than January 2026. If selected to participate, you will choose your arrival and departure dates as part of the acceptance process. Choose your arrival and departure dates with program lengths ranging from 4 to 8 months, with the potential to extend up to one year. You’ll have the chance to fully experience, study, and create the Disney magic. It is also a phenomenal opportunity to network with Disney leaders and explore potential opportunities after your program such as program extensions, additional internships, full-time roles, and more. Experience: live in exciting Central Florida in a purpose-built housing community with other participants from all around the worldFrom a purpose-built apartment community to unique events and activities just for you, life on the Disney College Program has a little extra magic. Upon accepting an offer, you’ll have the opportunity to live at Flamingo Crossings Village, which is owned and operated by American Campus Communities, one of the largest student housing companies in the country. This community features fully furnished apartments and includes additional amenities like a 12,500 sq. ft. fitness center, quiet spaces to study if you're taking classes back at school, and resort-style pools. Disney Programs also provides bus transportation from Flamingo Crossings Village to and from our parks and resorts. Plus, you will be living with and making friends from all around the world.Study: grow personally and professionally through immersive, uniquely Disney learning and career development opportunitiesReady to go behind the magic, build your network and gain new skills and knowledge? Go behind the scenes at Disney, meet professionals from around the company, and learn new skills you can carry on throughout your career by taking advantage of the one-of-a-kind learning component of the program. Through these exclusive opportunities, you will have the chance to sign up for and attend dozens of different sessions and experiences, all created with your personal and professional development in mind.Actively enrolled in school? The program offers academic support resources for students and is also recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education. Create: make magic and gain new skills in an operational role at one of the top entertainment companies in the worldWith a variety of front-line and backstage roles offered across our theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, and resorts, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience working in the operation while creating magic for our guests. Basic Qualifications:
Eligibility Requirements
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application
• Currently enrolled and taking classes OR have graduated from an accredited United States* college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date
• Possess unrestricted work authorization within the United States*
• Be open to a starting pay of $17 per hour
• Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Be receptive to Disney Look appearance guidelines
• Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply

What's Next?
• Select candidates will be invited to a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter.
• If you receive and accept an offer, you will be required to pay a non-refundable Program Participation Fee within 7 days of your program offer date.
• A non-refundable housing fee is then due 6-weeks prior to your arrival date for participants using onsite housing at Flamingo Crossings Village.
• You will have awareness of your role 4-weeks prior to your arrival date when you are invited to complete company onboarding documents. About a week prior to your program arrival date, you will receive confirmation of your role placement. Keep in mind, role placement is always subject to change at any time based on business need
