Avec plus de 300 professions impliquées dans les activités de Disneyland Paris, les données deviennent un actif clé pour gérer et créer de la valeur. Récemment, un Data Office a été créé, avec pour mission de permettre à DLP de créer une valeur mesurable grâce à la consolidation, au partage et à l'utilisation des données analytiques et opérationnelles.
Le Data Office a pour mission de développer et de gérer des produits de données réutilisables dans l'ensemble de l'organisation technologique et numérique, tout en permettant l'agilité et la flexibilité dans la conception des solutions. Pour ce faire, il déploie une gouvernance et des outils qui garantissent une responsabilité claire à l'égard de ces produits de données et de leur qualité. Le Data Office démontre, coordonne, soutient et innove également en matière de BI et d'IA par le biais de centres d'excellence.
Alors que ce voyage est en cours et déjà couronné de succès, le besoin d'une bonne gouvernance pour diriger le domaine de la gouvernance est apparu, pour lequel DLP a besoin de positionner un coordinateur de la gouvernance des données au sein du Data Office.
En tant que Data Gouvernance Coordinator , vous serez chargé de créer et de promulguer des politiques et des processus de gouvernance des données dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que les rôles et les responsabilités soient répartis, avec un triple objectif de conformité, de sécurité et de qualité. Pour contribuer à ces objectifs, vous serez également responsable des composants de la gouvernance des données tels que le catalogue de données et le MDM.
Vos missions :
Développer et documenter un cadre de gouvernance des données adapté au contexte de la DLP
Élaborer des politiques de gouvernance des données et les diffuser dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
coordonner la définition progressive des produits de données par leurs propriétaires
Travailler avec le coordinateur de la qualité des données pour s'assurer que les critères de qualité sont définis et mesurés pour les produits de données, et que les processus requis sont en place et fonctionnels.
Créer un réseau de propriétaires de données et les guider dans le respect de la gouvernance et des politiques définies.
Diriger un roadshow sur la « gouvernance des données » à travers les équipes technologiques et commerciales pour atteindre un niveau optimal d'adoption et d'engagement de la part de tous au sein de l'organisation (contacts réguliers et présentations aux directeurs et VP).
S'assurer que le catalogue de données DLP est déployé correctement et utilisé pour capturer les produits de données. Il s'agit notamment d'identifier les données PII et de s'assurer qu'elles sont marquées comme telles avec le niveau d'accès approprié.
Élaborer des lignes directrices sur le cycle de vie des données afin de s'assurer que la création, la suppression et l'archivage des données sont couverts dans tous les cas.
Administrer les outils de gouvernance des données : Catalogue de données, Master Data Management, Data Mesh...
Coordonner les prochaines étapes de la DLP en ce qui concerne la gestion des données de référence.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
De préférence titulaire d'une formation de niveau master en architecture de données et/ou en gestion de données, vous avez un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des données sous toutes ses facettes.
Vous êtes capable de collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes et de mener des réunions en français et en anglais (niveau C1).
Vous comprenez les besoins de l'entreprise et êtes capable de simplifier des informations complexes.
Vous êtes attentif au respect des processus et à la qualité des données.
Vous êtes curieux, proactif et passionné par les données.
Vous êtes méticuleux, organisé, pragmatique et persévérant.
Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités rédactionnelles, notamment en matière de synthèse.
Vous avez une affinité pour les technologies de gestion de l'information, notamment SQL.

Data Governance Coordinator
With more than 300 professions involved in the business of Disneyland Paris, Data is becoming a key asset to manage and create value. Recently a Data Office has been created, with a mission of enabling DLP to create measurable value through the consolidation, sharing and use of analytical and operational data.
The Data Office mandates the development and governance of Reusable Data Products throughout the Technology and Digital organisation, while allowing agility and flexibility in solution design. In order to do this, it deploys governance and tools to ensure clear accountability for these data products and their quality. The Data Office also demonstrates, coordinates and supports and innovates in BI and AI through centres of excellence.
While this journey is ongoing and already successful, a need for the right governance to lead the Governance domain has arisen, for which DLP needs to position a Data Governance Coordinator within the Data Office.
As a Data Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and promulgating data governance policies and processes across the company, ensuring roles and responsibilities are distributed, with a triple objective of compliance, security and quality. To help with those objectives, you will also be responsible for data governance components such as Data Catalogue and MDM.
Your missions would be:
Develop and document a Data Governance Framework that fits the DLP context
Develop Data Governance Policies and share them across the organization
Coordinate the progressive definition of Data Products by their Owners
Work with the Data Quality Coordinator to ensure quality criteria are defined and measured for Data Products, and that the required processes are in place and functional.
Create a network of Data Owners and guide them in compliance with the defined governance, policies
Lead a roadshow of “data governance” across Technology and Business teams to reach an optimal level of adoption and commitment from everyone within the organization (regular contact and presentations to directors and VPs)
Ensure that the DLP Data Catalogue is deployed correctly and used to capture data products. This includes identifying and making sure that PII data are flagged as such with the appropriate level of access.
Develop Data Lifecyle guidelines to ensure data creation, deletion, archiving are covered in any case
Administer Data Governance tools : Data Catalogue, Master Data Management, Data Mesh…
Coordinate the next steps for DLP regarding Master Data Management
Your missions would not be
Identify data use legal basis
Report & administrate GDPR related tools (register of processing)
Act as a data steward or manage data stewards
Oversee data quality (processes to monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, consistency, completeness)
Preferably endowed with a master's level education in data architecture and/or data management, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of data in all its facets.
You can collaborate with various stakeholders and conduct meetings in both French and English (C1 level).
You understand business needs and possess the ability to simplify complex information.
You are attentive to process compliance and committed to data quality.
You are curious, proactive, and passionate about data.
You are a meticulous, organized, pragmatic, and perseverant individual.
You are recognized for your writing skills, particularly in synthesis.
You have an affinity for information management technologies, including SQL.
