Un bureau des données a été créé récemment, avec pour mission de permettre à DLP de créer une valeur mesurable grâce à la consolidation, au partage et à l'utilisation des données analytiques et opérationnelles.

Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous cherchons un(e) Data Engineer talentueux(se) pour structurer et développer nos systèmes de données afin de répondre aux enjeux de demain.
Vos missions ?
En tant que Data Engineer, vous serez au cœur de la chaîne de traitement des données. Vos missions incluront :
Création et optimisation des pipelines :
Concevoir et déployer des flux de données robustes et adaptés aux besoins de l’entreprise.
Automatiser le traitement des données pour garantir une disponibilité et une fiabilité maximales.
Infrastructure et gestion des données :
Participer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration de l’architecture Big Data.
Gérer et monitorer des bases de données à grande échelle (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes).
Collaboration avec les équipes produit et métier :
Échanger avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins fonctionnels et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Soutenir les Data Scientists et Analystes en leur fournissant des données propres et accessibles.
Sécurité et conformité :
Implémenter des standards de sécurité et veiller à la conformité des traitements avec les réglementations (ex : RGPD).
Innovation continue :
Rester à l’affût des dernières tendances technologiques pour intégrer des outils et méthodes à forte valeur ajoutée.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
Vous êtes un(e) Data Engineer avec une forte compétence technique mais également des affinités avec les aspects fonctionnels.
BAC+5 (ou équivalent) en développement et solutioning Data.
Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Data
Solide maîtrise des langages comme Python, Scala ou Java.
Expérience avec des outils de traitement et d’ingestion de données : Snowflake, Airflow, DBT.
Connaissance approfondie des environnements cloud (AWS) et de leurs services data.
Familiarité avec les pratiques CI/CD et les conteneurs (Docker, Kubernetes).
Connaissances en sécurité des données ou gouvernance.
Appétence pour l’analyse et les visualisations de données.
