Chef(fe) d'équipe SEA (F/H/NB) – CDI

Le département Audience et Distribution de Contenus de Disneyland Paris a pour mission de distribuer les différents contenus publicitaires de la destination à travers l’Europe avec 2 mots d’ordre : granularité et efficacité media.

Pour se faire, l’équipe ACD est répartie en 3 pôles travaillant en étroite collaboration :

  • Planning garant de la stratégie media globale,

  • Audience garant de la stratégie data

  • Activation responsable de la stratégie de chaque touchpoint et l’implémentation des campagnes media.

Au sein de ce département et rapportant au Manager Conversion Digitale, elle / il est responsable de la stratégie de croissance de ses points de contact et de la livraison de plans média optimisés.

Missions générales :

  • Gérer une équipe de 4 chefs de projet SEA et favoriser leur développement professionnel sur le plan opérationnel

  • Développer un environnement créatif et inspirant pour l'équipe afin d’être en mesure de toujours innover en testant de nouvelles pratiques / technologies

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de croissance du SEA en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de distribution de contenus et les objectifs business :

    • Construire la stratégie annuelle pour chaque point de contact

    • Contribuer activement aux stratégies de distribution de contenus sur les différentes Audiences x Marchés leadés par le pôle Planning

    • Développer les documents de référence pour structurer l’activité SEA

  • Garantir l’excellence de la mise en œuvre des plans média sur chacun des points de contact et communiquer efficacement en interne. Sécuriser le lancement des campagnes en temps et en heure ; ainsi que l’optimisation permanente pour garantir les performances annoncées

  • Gérer rigoureusement les budgets de l’activité SEA (planification, suivi, reporting)

  • Gérer et déployer les outils propres à l’activité (SA360, outil de monitoring concurrence…)

  • Développement de la visibilité organique de Disneyland Paris sur les moteurs de recherche en dehors du site internet (Google business profile, référencement sur sites tiers....)

  • Maintenir une collaboration étroite et efficace avec les principales plateformes sociales afin de sécuriser un support stratégique et opérationnel sans faille

  • Faciliter et développer la communication avec les interlocuteurs clés en interne (département ACD, marketing, création de contenus, juridique ...


Profil recherché :

  • Idéalement de formation Bac+4/5 en Université ou Ecole de Commerce spécialisé en Marketing et/ou Communication.

  • 3 ans minimum d’expérience sur une fonction de gestionnaire référencement payant (SEA) en agence ou chez l’annonceur dans un environnement international (tourisme serait un plus).

  • Première expérience de coordination de prestataires est requise

  • Sens de la pédagogie et capacité à partager son activité qutodienne.

  • Autonomie et compétences organisationnelles pour gérer les projets, connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projets.

  • Excellent relationnel en équipe et capacité à développer une collaboration de travail.

  • Aisance dans la compréhension des besoins business et des exigences stratégiques

  • Maîtrise de l'Anglais (niveau C1 minimum)

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, notamment Excel et Powerpoint). Très bonnes connaissances de l’écosystème digital (martech / adtech)
