Stage - Chargé(e) de projets - Management des Organisations (F/H/NB)
Job Summary:
La division Opérations à Disneyland® Paris :
Au sein de la division Parc Opérations, les équipes Attractions gèrent l'ensemble des attractions présentent sur les deux parcs afin d'offrir à nos guests une expérience immersive en toute sécurité.
Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à partir d’avril 2025 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?
Vos missions :
- Travailler sur la traçabilité des compétences métiers attractions (process, suivi, RACI, système) pour les CDI, CDD (voir si possibilité d'intégrer les intérimaires)
- Mettre en place un système d'audit sur la traçabilité des compétences (D Learn / TVS : permet au CM de saisir sa formation comme réalisée dans les systèmes informatiques)
- Réaliser un audit sur le fonctionnement de la chaine de traitement de la compétence et propositions d'améliorations
- Répondre aux demandes US, sécurité…: en temps réel ; sortir des extractions à jour => traçabilité des compétences
- Créer un dispositif permettant de s'assurer de la compétence du CM en temps réel (et avant son affectation)
- Créer des dashboards, scorings, méthode…
- Proposer des outils auprès de la Direction adaptables à toutes les attractions DLP / WDS ; présenter des solutions et former les leaders aux nouveautés
Vos atouts pour ce poste :
- Vous préparez un Master en Management de Projet / Stratégie d’entreprise / Conseil et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir d’avril 2025
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum) pour pouvoir communiquer et suivre les réunions avec des équipes aux Etats-Unis
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en gestion de projets ou dans la collaboration avec des leaders d’équipe
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et vous avez une appétence pour la data
- Vous avez une bonne capacité à communiquer, à échanger avec de nombreux interlocuteurs et vous êtes à l’aise avec la prise de parole en public
- Pour information, nos stages ne peuvent pas être convertis en alternance
