Job Summary:

La Direction Production des Spectacles, Evènements et Costumes à Disneyland® Paris :

La Direction Production des Spectacles, Evènements et Costumes a la charge de déployer la stratégie Costuming (Opérations et Spectacles) en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.

Cela implique des projets d’envergure tels que la réhabilitation des espaces existants ou la création de nouveaux espaces de Costuming, le développement et l’intégration de nouvelles technologies, ainsi que le pilotage des inventaires et de la logistique des costumes opérationnels et spectacles.

De plus, soucieuses d’élever les standards de qualité, les équipes travaillent à l’amélioration du confort des costumes en intégrant les besoins opérationnels, les exigences des spectacles et en effectuant les contrôles qualité. Elles définissent également les standards d’entretien pour l’ensemble des costumes.

Vos missions :

  • Définir et analyser les contrôles des seuils de durée de vie des costumes opérationnels  

  • Assurer le suivi des différents tests de nettoyage en tenant compte des matières et des conditions d'utilisation du costume sur le terrain                                                                       

  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des articles à la réception                                              

  • Participer à la collecte des besoins ergonomiques et fonctionnels liés aux métiers sur le terrain   

  • Assurer des échanges réguliers avec nos partenaires internes (bureau d'études, costumings opérationnels, équipe prévisions et approvisionnements) et externes (prestataire de blanchisserie)

  • Contribuer à la rédaction des processus en lien avec la qualité des costumes                                                                                                                                                                                    

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine du Textile et vous devez effectuer un stage

  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans ce milieu

  • Vous avez une appétence pour le monde du spectacle et ses costumes

  • Vous avez le souci du détail. Vous avez la capacité d’identifier les éventuelles améliorations. Vous êtes force de propositions concernant les modifications sur nos costumes (cela nécessite des connaissances dans la couture)

  • Vous pratiquez le français couramment (C1) et l’anglais en niveau intermédiaire (B1)

  • Vous avez des connaissances informatiques Pack office et Adobe (Illustrator)

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B depuis plus de deux ans

  • Organisé(e) avec un bel esprit de synthèse, vous avez un bon relationnel et savez travailler en équipe
