Job Summary:

Le spectacle vivant est au cœur des activités quotidiennes de Disneyland® Paris, que ce soit sur les Parcs, le Disney Village ou encore les Hôtels et leurs centres de convention. Essentielles pour garantir le bon déroulement de nos spectacles et événements, les équipes Entertainment sont composées de 1 300 techniciens et artistes représentants une multitude de métiers dans des domaines variés et pluridisciplinaires (régie plateau, techniques son et lumière, effets spéciaux, costumes, décors, etc.).  

  

Disney Live Entertainement, organise chaque année plus de 850 événements. Convention, séminaires, expositions, team buildings, dîners de gala ou soirées à thème, Disneyland Paris peut accueillir de 80 à 25 000 personnes.

Au sein de la division Event Production, vous prendrez soin au quotidien de réaliser et produire l’ensemble des événements de Disneyland® Paris, pour nos Parcs, Disney Village, Hôtels et Centres Conventions.

Vos missions :

  • Prendre part aux réunions avec les clients ou les metteurs en scène de l'évènement et réaliser une étude de faisabilité (chiffrage, simulation, étude comparative, plans etc…)

  • Participer à la production pour la partie technique (réservation des matériels et prestations auprès des prestataires référencés, booking) en collaboration avec l'ensemble des intervenants

  • Rédiger les documents nécessaires à la tenue de l'événement (feuilles de route, prod book, plan de prévention, etc…)

  • Encadrer l’événement sur le terrain (accueil des équipes, suivi du chantier, etc…) dans le respect des consignes de sécurité

  • Participer à l'amélioration des process et des méthodes de travail collaboratif

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau BTS ou Licence en Régie générale ou Production technique

  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans l’événementiel ou la technique du spectacle

  • Vous parlez couramment le français (C1) et avez un niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B1)

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et AutoCAD

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre adaptabilité et votre sens de l’organisation

  • Vous êtes autonome, avec un bon esprit d’initiative et vous êtes à l’aise dans la communication écrite et orale  

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est demandée (travail en semaine et week-ends, en journée et soirée, nuits ponctuelles)

Stage à pourvoir à partir de janvier 2025 pour la durée de 6 mois !
