Job Summary:

La restauration à Disneyland® Paris, c’est bien plus que des repas pris sur le pouce ! Avec plus de 80 points de restauration répartis au sein des Parcs, au Disney Village ainsi que dans chaque Hôtel Disney et dans les centres de conventions, la restauration est un rendez-vous incontournable pour nos visiteurs, qui auront plaisir à découvrir une grande variété de saveurs et de mets concoctés par nos chefs et leurs équipes soucieuses de servir des sourires à tous les repas.

Au sein des équipes d’un de nos restaurants en service comptoir, vous assurerez le bon déroulement du service dans le respect des standards d’excellence définis par Disneyland Paris.

Vos missions?

  • Maîtriser et réaliser en toute autonomie l’ensemble des missions du poste d’Employé.e de Restauration Front en respectant les standards de qualité de Disneyland Paris (Encaissement, préparation de commande etc...)
  • Respecter de façon permanente l'application des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP) et superviser le respect des procédures liées à la loi AGEC
  • Participer à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Coordonner le service et accompagner les employé.es de Restauration Front en leur communiquant les informations opérationnelles et en garantissant la qualité des produits servis.

Vos atouts pour réussir ? 

  • Vous préparez une Licence en Management Hôtellerie / Restauration
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de la communication et votre capacité à animer et fédérer une équipe au quotidien avec exemplarité
  • Vous parlez couramment le français (C2) et vous avez un niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B1)
  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier, car vous serez amené(e) à travailler en semaine et les weekends, suivant une amplitude horaire maximum allant de 6h00 à 2h00.
