En rejoignant notre équipe Applications Onstage/Backstage & Cybersecurity, vous contribuerez directement à la transformation digitale de Disneyland Paris, en garantissant la sécurité et la conformité de nos systèmes tout en participant à l'enrichissement de l'expérience client et employé. 

Vos missions 

En tant qu’Expert(e) Finance, vous serez responsable de veiller à ce que la suite SAP et les autres solutions Finance soient exploitées efficacement afin d'optimiser les processus, d'améliorer les performances et de garantir la fiabilité. 

Vos responsabilités incluent : 

  • Assurer la maintenance des modules SAP et des autres systèmes financiers et veiller à la disponibilité de ces systèmes, 

  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes liés aux modules SAP et aux autres outils financiers, 

  • Évaluer et comprendre les besoins, contraintes et exigences métier, 

  • Mettre en œuvre, configurer et personnaliser les solutions SAP en fonction des besoins du client. Cela inclut les développements ABAP, 

  • Piloter l'intégration des modules SAP et d'autres systèmes financiers avec d'autres systèmes et applications, 

  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques afin d'assurer une architecture et un fonctionnement adéquats des modules SAP et des autres systèmes d'outils financiers, 

  • Participer à la planification des projets, aux réunions d'avancement et faire du reporting auprès des différentes parties prenantes sur l'état d'avancement, les phases de tous les projets liés à SAP et aux outils financiers.

Votre profil 

  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience autour des systèmes financiers, idéalement sur SAP et Oracle 

  • Vous avez un background technique notamment sur les développements ABAP, les bases de données Oracle et les technologies middleware 

  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des solutions de SAP (entre autres ECC, SRM/MDM) et une expérience significative dans la gestion de projets associés 

  • Une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais de façon courante (C1) pour collaborer avec nos pairs de The Walt Disney Company 

  • Vous avez une expérience 360 autour de l’implémentation de systèmes: du déploiement au support, en passant par les upgrades.

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à traduire les besoins métier en spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles 

  • Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communicant(e) et facilitez la collaboration entrez l’ensemble des parties prenantes, qu’elles soient techniques ou business 

  • Pédagogue, il est important pour vous de soigner la transmission de connaissances/ la formation des utilisateurs et leur support 

  • Grace à votre leadership, vous faites preuve de persuasion pour porter la vision de votre solution, vous maitrisez l’animation de vos présentations et savez trouver un compromis lorsqu’il y a des challenges 

  • Vous êtes analytique et orienté(e) utilisateurs et résultats 

  • La connaissance d’Oracle est un plus.
