Vos missions ?
Évaluer et comprendre les processus d'affaires et les exigences du client.
Mettre en œuvre, configurer et personnaliser les solutions Oracle Retail en fonction des besoins du client.
Diriger l'intégration des solutions Oracle Retail avec d'autres systèmes et applications.
Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes liés aux modules Oracle Retail.
Se tenir au courant des dernières versions d'Oracle Retail et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour garantir une architecture et un fonctionnement corrects des systèmes Oracle Retail.
Conseiller sur les stratégies de gestion efficace des données et d'analyse dans le cadre des opérations de vente au détail.
Participer à la planification des projets, aux réunions d'avancement et à la rédaction de rapports sur les progrès et les jalons à l'intention des parties prenantes.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
Connaissance d'Oracle Retail Suite : Compréhension approfondie d'Oracle Retail Suite et de ses modules.
Conception et configuration de solutions : Capacité à concevoir des solutions Oracle Retail qui répondent aux exigences du client, à configurer le système en conséquence et à le personnaliser si nécessaire.
Compétences techniques : Solides compétences techniques, notamment en SQL, PL/SQL et Java, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des bases de données Oracle et des technologies middleware.
Mise en œuvre et mise à niveau de systèmes: Expérience du cycle de vie complet de la mise en œuvre d'un système, y compris le déploiement, les mises à niveau et l'assistance après la mise en œuvre.
Analyse d'entreprise: Capacité à traduire les besoins des entreprises en exigences fonctionnelles et techniques et à élaborer des modèles de processus d'entreprise.
Dépannage et assistance : Compétence en matière de diagnostic et de résolution des problèmes techniques, de fourniture d'une assistance après la mise en œuvre et d'optimisation des performances du système.
Formation et transfert de connaissances : Capacité à former les utilisateurs au système Oracle Retail, à fournir de la documentation et à assurer un soutien continu pour garantir une utilisation efficace de la solution.
Communication et travail d'équipe : Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de travail d'équipe pour collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, des clients et des parties prenantes.
Compétences en matière de conseil : Solides compétences en matière de conseil, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des relations avec les clients, la présentation et la négociation, ainsi que la capacité à comprendre les défis des clients et à proposer des solutions appropriées.
