Dans le cadre de sa roadmap stratégique, Disneyland Paris a déjà adopté un certain nombre d’applications Ressources Humaines globales de « The Walt Disney Company ». Cette stratégie est amenée à se poursuivre dans les années à venir pour de nouveaux processus métier et d’autres applications du domaine des Ressources Humaines.

L’équipe Technology Back Office qui a en charge le support de ces applications recherche un.e Product Owner pour renforcer l’équipe aussi bien sur le support courant que sur les projets à venir.

Vos Missions :

  • Participer à l’élaboration et à l’évolution d’applications ou de produits numériques du domaine RH (site, logiciel, appli mobile, appli interne, produit SaaS…).
  • Recueillir les besoins de l’utilisateur final (interne ou externe) pour les retranscrire aux équipes techniques.
  • Elaborer, diffuser et mettre à jour la liste des besoins (product backlog) ce qui lui permet de développer une feuille de route (roadmap) des évolutions du produit et des applications
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métiers et les autres équipes IT. A ce titre, être le représentant des équipes Technology & Digital auprès du métier RH pour le suivi du backlog et des incidents de production.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles (user stories) qui recensent les besoins des utilisateurs pour chaque fonctionnalité.
  • Planifier les chantiers techniques pour chaque itération (sprint) et participer à la conception des différentes solutions mises en œuvre.
  • Assurer la validation fonctionnelle des développements (recette) et présenter le produit au client en organisant des sessions de test utilisateur (user test) pour s’assurer que les fonctionnalités répondent bien à la demande initiale.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+2 à Bac+5 et justifiez d’une première expérience dans les systèmes d’information RH, idéalement dans des domaines tels que la gestion du personnel, de l’organisation ou des temps.
  • Connaissance des systèmes d’informations du domaine RH (progiciels)
  • Solides compétences IT permettant d’interagir efficacement avec les équipes techniques (Tech Stack Leader, Analyste d’exploitation, etc.).
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français à un niveau C1 à l’oral comme à l’écrit

  • Votre écoute active, votre capacité d’analyse et votre esprit de synthèse vous permettent de comprendre les besoins et de proposer des solutions pertinentes.
