Job Summary:

Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.

Au sein d’une équipe d’environ une vingtaine d’ingénieurs et sous la responsabilité du Manager Ingénierie, vous délivrez des préconisations ou des études afin de corriger et de fiabiliser de façon continue les équipements mécaniques des attractions dont la voie et les véhicules dans les domaines de la sécurité, fiabilité, maintenabilité et performance opérationnelle. Vous jouez ainsi un rôle clé pour satisfaire nos visiteurs et perpétuer la magie Disney et ce, en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Vos Missions ?

  • Définir des conditions palliatives et suivre les plans d’actions à mettre en œuvre sur les équipements mécaniques des attractions (dont systèmes voies, véhicules), dans le respect des règles de sécurité des personnes et des biens
  • Apprécier, anticiper les risques et mettre en place immédiatement toutes les mesures pour réduire l’impact d’un arrêt dans le respect des règles de sécurité des personnes et des biens
  • Tenir les engagements,
  • Fiabiliser les attractions de façon continue,
  • Prendre des décisions techniques concernant les pièces de cycling dans le respect des règles de sécurité et des délais de production,
  • Délivrer à chaque fois que nécessaire, des rapports de situation immédiats lors d’arrêts inopinés,
  • Veiller à la traçabilité des actions,
  • Respecter les process,
  • Affirmer son expertise technique,
  • Partager les éléments techniques et les bonnes pratiques avec les autres parcs du monde,
  • S'assurer de la mise à jour de la documentation technique des équipements et attractions sous sa responsabilité et dans le domaine des systèmes mécaniques.


Le Profil pour mener à bien cette mission ?

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur BAC+5 en Génie Mécanique vous avez minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans une industrie en flux tendus de type automobile, avec une forte dimension opérationnelle, et idéalement un an d’expérience en gestion de projet.
Vous avez des connaissances en C.A.O. (solidworks, Autocad).
Langues : Français courant (C1) obligatoire et Anglais courant niveau (C1) souhaité.
Flexibilité horaire jour/soir/nuit et des missions d’astreinte technique le weekend et jours fériés.
