Quel est votre rôle ?
Vous assistez le Responsable du projet, sous la responsabilité du supérieur hiérarchique, dans la mise en œuvre de projets spectacle et/ou initiative déployée par la division tout en garantissant la qualité de service que DLP a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et ce en respectant les cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Coordonner et assurer le suivi des projets en collaboration avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes ;
Etablir les plannings, s'assurer du phasage et de l'ordonnancement des opérations quotidiennes et réaliser les rapports d'activités ;
S'assurer, en collaboration avec l'équipe logistique, de la traçabilité des décors et du matériel mis à disposition ainsi que du maintien de l'état des lieux de stockage et du matériel ;
Accueillir, accompagner les fournisseurs et gérer la coactivité des chantiers ;
En collaboration avec l'équipe logistique, anticiper et organiser les besoins en stockage nécessaire au projet en veillant au respect des règles de sécurité ;
Être force de proposition concrète et applicable, s'assurer de la conformité des livrables et veiller à la satisfaction des clients ;
Préparer et animer les réunions liées aux projets confiés en impliquant les partenaires clés et rédiger les comptes rendus ;
Faciliter et développer les relations de partenariat avec ses homologues des autres LOB et externes ;
Assurer un retour d'information régulier et dès que nécessaire au responsable du projet, en partageant son analyse et expertise ;
Participe aux projets de son secteur d'activité et contribue aux initiatives déployées sur la division.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Expérience : vous possédez une expérience de 2 ans (minimum) en pilotage de projet ou en tant que responsable/régisseur technique (idéalement dans le milieu du spectacle/évènementiel). Les profils issus du BTP ou de bureau d’études sont également appréciés.
Formation : un BAC Pro dans le domaine technique et/ou spectacle est un atout.
Informatique : vous maitrisez le pack office (niveau d’Excel et PowerPoint intermédiaire requis). La maitrise de MS Project et/ou Smartsheet est un atout.
Langues : vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais oral et écrit intermédiaire (B1 min.), afin d’être en mesure de communiquer avec des équipes et interlocuteurs externes anglophones, etc. Votre niveau de français est avancé (C1 min.).
Vous disposez d’un permis B valide (indispensable) depuis plus de deux ans.

Votre sens aiguisé de l’organisation et sens des priorités afin de gérer efficacement des projets variés simultanément ;
Votre capacité à responsabiliser les autres, ainsi que vous-même ;
Votre capacité à vous adapter sereinement en cas d’imprévus/changements, et à prendre des initiatives ;
Votre fort esprit de collaboration ;
Votre intelligence relationnelle et votre sens de la communication ;
Votre rigueur, notamment en ce qui a trait au respect des procédures opérationnelles et des règles de sécurité.
