Job Summary:
Avec 320 millions de visites depuis 1992, Disneyland® Paris est la destination touristique la plus visitée en Europe. Disneyland Paris abrite deux parcs à thèmes et plus de 50 attractions exceptionnelles. Ainsi le rêve des grands classiques Disney, la magie du cinéma, de l’animation et de la télévision sont à portée de main de nos visiteurs. Disneyland Paris gère également le Disney Village et 7 hôtels à thèmes, de 2 à 5 étoiles, comptant plus de 6.000 chambres pour apporter à nos visiteurs une expérience qualitative unique.
Au sein de la division Merchandise et sous la responsabilité du Manager Développement Produit, et du chef de produit, vous co-définissez la stratégie produit et développez les gammes en maximisant la dépense par visiteur et la marge de votre catégorie de produit Merchandise en veillant au respect des Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et inclusion.
Responsabilités
la bonne réalisation des missions qui lui sont confiées et des engagements co-définis avec sa hiérarchie.
la définition de la stratégie produit à court et moyen terme pour ce secteur
l’application des règles de sécurité sur son périmètre d'activité.
la co définition de la stratégie produit à court terme pour les catégories
la rédaction du cahier des charges produit dans le respect des exigences législatives et « guideline » de la marque Disney
le suivi du développement produit dans le respect du calendrier d’implantation
Activités Principales
Conduire des projets du secteur d’activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division en collaboration avec les différents partenaires
Analyser les performances et définir l’assortiment produit selon le besoin de renouvellement et les stratégies, en collaboration avec l’équipe planning et le chef de produit
Construire et maintenir le plan de collection et présenter les politiques commerciales
Pour chaque produit, construire le cahier des charges produit (dossier technique) en intégrant la stratégie marketing : prix, mise en avant boutique et communication et les exigences qualité et sécuritaires de DLP
Définir et transmettre au service artistique les besoins pour la personnalisation des produits (brief créatif)
Conduire le processus de développement des produits en relation constante avec les fournisseurs dans le respect du cahier des charges sous la responsabilité du chef de produit
Garantir la conformité du produit selon les normes en vigueur et suivre la gestion des non-conformités
Réaliser une veille du marché extérieur afin d’identifier des vecteurs de croissance et innovations pour le secteur
Votre profil ?
Vous avez une formation supérieure BAC + 5 complété par un cursus Achats, Commerce, Gestion de Projets
Vous avez une première expérience réussie de 2 ans minimum, sur un poste similaire de développement produit/ chef de produit junior, idéalement acquise dans le domaine du jouet.
Votre pratique de l’anglais est indispensable (B2 minimum).

Vous avez une forte sensibilité pour le produit et savez prendre des décisions impactant la performance globale de votre périmètre et celle de l’entreprise.
Vous savez allier créativité et vision stratégique du secteur, du marché.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre dynamisme et votre force de proposition.
Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral pour présenter des stratégies, et vous savez capter votre auditoire.
Vous êtes également très à l’aise sur le plan relationnel et animé(e) par l’esprit collaboratif.
Vous êtes curieu(se-x), proacti(ve-f) et doté(e) d’une bonne vision de la circulation de l’information au sein de votre périmètre.
Ce poste est basé à Marne la Vallée, en CDI au statut Cadre.
