The Sr Automation & Integration Analyst for Disney Cruise Line enhances business operations by developing automated workflows, optimizing reporting processes, and improving data accessibility. This role focuses on streamlining systems, managing key business reports, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position ensures seamless system functionality, supports strategic initiatives, and leads special projects that enhance efficiency and innovation. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging technology to create scalable solutions that drive continuous improvement.

The Sr Automation & Integration Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Systems Support and sits in Celebration, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced automated workflows and forms to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Business Objects and Tableau to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement to support management goals and operational effectiveness.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive efficiencies, optimize workflows, and improve performance through trend analysis and key metrics management.

  • Provide technical support and administration for automated forms, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and accessibility for end-users.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop tailored solutions, and implement enhancements to business processes.

  • Lead and execute special projects related to automation, process improvement, and digital transformation, driving innovation across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data integration, automation, and reporting, including SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, SharePoint Premium, and Nintex.

  • Proficiency in retrieving and parsing data structures such as JSON and XML.

  • Experience integrating backend systems, web services, APIs, and third-party software.

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automated data solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and insight generation.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, reporting, and dashboard creation.

  • Experience designing and managing reports and dashboards with Business Objects, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.

  • Hands-on experience with process automation, workflow development, and requirement gathering using SharePoint Premium and Nintex.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, emphasizing Excel, SharePoint, and form design, including permissions management, library structures, and content types.

  • Ability to automate processes and integrate data through API-driven workflows.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Cast Members at all levels.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of measurement and research methodologies to drive process improvements.

  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong ability to plan and develop evolving areas.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management.

  • Familiarity with Nintex Workflows.

  • Strong proficiency in MicroStrategy, including design and report creation.

  • Experience working with data from large-scale data warehouses or data lakes.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
