Über die Rolle und das Team  

Der Performance Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung hochwirksamer Akquisitions- und Performance-Marketing-Strategien. Wir nutzen zu Acquisition- und Engagementkampagnen die gängigen Performance Marketing Channels, u.A. Display, Search, Social, Affiliate und CTV. Die Position wird digitale Kampagnen leiten und analysieren, strategische Entscheidungen vorantreiben, wichtige Stakeholder-Beziehungen managen und Innovationen im digitalen Marketing vorantreiben, um die Kundengewinnung, -bindung und -interaktion zu maximieren.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4 Tage) in unserem Büro in München zu arbeiten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Verwaltung und Koordination aller Lokalisierungsaktivitäten für digitale Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen inkl. technischer und organisatorischer Aspekte der digitalen Asset-Produktion

  • Überwachung des kreativen Managements und der Erstellung von Assets für unsere Paid-Media-Kampagnen mit starkem Fokus auf Qualität und Performance über alle Kanäle hinweg

  • Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements digitaler Assets sowie der Freigaben durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Legal- und Creativeteams (sowohl lokal als auch international), einschließlich Produktionsmanagement und der Bereitstellung von Assets für internationale und externe Partner über Kreativagenturen

  • Analyse von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (CPA basiert) zur Ableitung umsetzbarer Empfehlungen für Optimierungen über verschiedene Digital Marketing Kanäle hinweg

  • Unterstützung bei der Kampagnenintegration

  • Aufbau und Pflege starker globaler, regionaler und lokaler Beziehungen durch Verständnis der einzigartigen Bedürfnisse und Besonderheiten der EMEA-Märkte, um eine erfolgreiche Kampagnendurchführung im Einklang mit regionalen Unterschieden sicherzustellen

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten  

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaft, Vertrieb/Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren medienbezogenen Ausbildung

  • Signifikante relevante Arbeitserfahrung im Performancemarketing oder in Medientechnologien, idealerweise in einem Medienunternehmen oder einer Medienagentur

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Management von Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg sind von Vorteil

  • KPI-orientiert und sicher mit datengetriebenen Entscheidungsprozess in selbststeuernden Umgebungen

  • Analyse und Monitoring von Performance-Kampagnen zur Bewertung der Effektivität und kontinuierlichen Optimierung anhand KPI-basierter Erfolgsmessung und A/B-Testing

  • Starke organisatorische, projektbezogene und analytische Fähigkeiten mit hoher Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details

  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten und dabei Anpassungen und Umsetzungsexzellenz sicherzustellen

  • Sicher in der Steuerung von Agenturen und der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern sowie internationalen Teams

  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)

  • Handlungsorientiert, ergebnisgetrieben und in der Lage, fundierte und schnelle Entscheidungen in einem komplexen und sich wandelnden Umfeld zu treffen
