Votre mission principale
 

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Senior manager DCP France, l’équipe business DCP et l’équipe régionale Finance DCP pour apporter un soutien aux équipes FP&A et DCP EMEA.
 

Vous apporterez du support financier aux équipes Catégories Softlines, Publishing, Retail pour le cycle financier (AOP, Forecast, Quarterly Close...).

Votre rôle demande des qualités d’analyses importantes ainsi que des qualités de communication dans les interactions avec les équipes commerciales locales et régionales. Des informations marchés/catégories seront communiquées aux équipes commerciales.
 

Vos responsabilités

Forecast / AOP

  • Rapprocher les chiffres réels des Revenues, des Opex et des Prof Services, et soumettre les prévisions pour chaque cycle de prévision, ainsi que l'AOP.

  • Préparation du fichier d’upload Cognos, rapprochement avec le fichier P&L.

  • Upload vers Cognos et confirmation de l’upload vers les équipes Regional Finance
     

Clôtures trimestrielles

  • EMEA True-up weekly report à soumettre, follow-up du France true up/downs

  • Mettre a jour les fichiers SAP pour le France P&L et le tracking des T&E

  • Tracking des T&E par employe / reporting Current quarter & YTG au head of France retail head

  • CMF/MMF offset file soumission à controllership durant les clôtures

  • Soumettre les écarts vs Forecast aux équipes Regional Finance pour les Opex

  • Assister aux demandes sur les comptes statutaires locaux

  • Communiquer avec l’équipe régionale, controllership et les équipes locales pour délivrer les clôtures trimestrielles.
     

Support Marketing sur une base ponctuelle

  • Suivi annuel du suivi des bons de commande France

  • Travailler étroitement avec le casual buyer pour le suivi des Purchase Orders / Commandes Fournisseurs

  •  Mise à jour des chiffres SAP pour les comptes marketing GL, suivi de l'actualisation des bons de commande ouverts dans le tracker.

  • Support ponctuel PO & SAP pour l'équipe France Retail

  •  Soumission au service financier marketing des montants des bons de commande ouverts jusqu'à la clôture.

  • Processus de clôture trimestrielle des bons de commande ouverts (provisions trimestrielles).
     

Commercial Support

  • Support de l’équipe régionale Finance et Category

  • Aider l'équipe régionale Softlines et Publishing Finance dans les cycles de planification (Prévision, Clôture, AOP) : configurer les modèles de révision et les uploader une fois approuvés par l'équipe de catégorie / Finances régionales.

  • Suivre les rapports de licencié, s'assurer que les déclarations de redevances sont déclarées et publiées, les factures sont émises (MG, CMF, redevances) ;

  • Suivi et reporting True Up / True Down pour Softlines

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe Régionale Finance pour support financier de certaines LOB (Stratégie, adhoc requests) selon besoin / soutien ponctuel.

Compétences et expérience
 

Ecole de Commerce/Finance et qualification expert-comptable /MBA préférable + expérience dans un rôle équivalent (1/2 ans d’expérience)

Expérience dans l’environnement Retail/ Licence, de préférence avec une entreprise américaine.

Expérience dans le support commercial au standard élevé et de collaborer avec une équipe Finance Régionale.

Démontrer d’une expérience à apporter un support commercial à un partenaire business de façon réactive et inspirante.

Qualité de communication excellente écrite et verbale.

Capacité de produire des présentations qui délivrent des messages clairs à un niveau de détails approprié.
 

Renseignements complémentaires :

Bureaux situés à Paris 13 (Bibliothèque François Mitterrand – Métro 14, RER C, tramway T3a) jusqu’en Mars 2025 puis nouveaux bureaux à Paris 16.

Télétravail possible 1 jour par semaine le lundi ou le vendredi
