Chef(fe) de Projets Financial Systems /Accounting BFS CDI - F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Le département Business Financial Systems (BFS) pilote et accompagne des projets de transformation, d’alignement et d’optimisation qui impactent la division Finance, qui regroupe les départements de comptabilité transactionnelle (clients et fournisseurs), comptabilité générale et banque, fiscalité, consolidation, contrôle de gestion, crédit, business opérations, et trésorerie & paiements. Nous travaillons en partenariat avec les différents services financiers, comptables et informatiques de Disneyland Paris et nos partenaires du groupe Disney aux Etats-Unis et en région EMEA.
Notre équipe « Order To Cash » (OTC/O2C) agit en tant qu’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage (AMOA) – cadrage, conseil, définition des besoins, suivi des tests et gestion du changement – sur les projets ou le support qui impactent les flux financiers/comptables vers SAP Finance sur les domaines de ventes, d’encaissement et de facturation en provenance des applications web/mobile, des flux monétiques, des systèmes de réservations de séjour, des points de vente Food & Merchandise et Tickets, et des systèmes hôteliers.
Nous recherchons un.e Chef.ffe de Projets expérimenté.e pour intégrer plus particulièrement le périmètre « Customer Reservation Systems (CRS) et Fulfillment » sur l’activité impactant les flux informatiques financiers en provenance des systèmes de réservations de séjours et des applications web/mobile vers les systèmes de fulfillment de prestations et vers SAP Finance.
Mission et activités
Intégré.e à notre équipe en tant que Chef.fe de projets, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble des projets qui vous sont confiés. Vous en assurerez le cadrage et la mise en œuvre dans le but d'obtenir un résultat optimal et conforme aux exigences métiers :
- Endosser le rôle de partenaire stratégique, expert dans son domaine, pour accompagner nos clients internes dans la transformation de Disneyland Paris
- Être l'interface privilégiée entre le client interne et les services informatiques de Disneyland Paris, de The Walt Disney Company, des autres Parcs Disney et potentiellement d'autres parties prenantes.
- Être le garant de la bonne intégration des données financières et comptables dans SAP Finance conformément aux besoins métiers.
- Conduite et déploiement du projet, avec l’organisation, la coordination et l’animation des sessions de travail avec les différentes parties-prenantes
- Etude, estimation de charge, cadrage du projet et ses impacts sur les flux financiers
- Accompagner la définition, préparation et rédaction des besoins exprimés par les métiers : Expression de besoins / Spécifications fonctionnelles générales, avec responsabilité du contenu fonctionnel du projet.
- Être force de propositions avec les analyses de risques associées
- Définir et gérer le planning d'avancement du projet, en proposant d'éventuelles modifications d'objectifs en arbitrage, le cas échéant
- Piloter la définition, rédaction, déroulement et suivi des différentes phases de test : unitaires, utilisateurs, intégration, avec suivi et résolution des anomalies le cas échéant
- Définition et suivi de toutes les actions de conduite du changement : formation, communication, support post-déploiement, et accompagnement des utilisateurs
Profil demandé
- Solide expérience en projets liés à la mise en œuvre de processus et de systèmes financiers et en support informatique nécessitant réactivité, agilité & implication
- Solides compétences analytiques combinées à un bon sens du business et de bonnes connaissances financières. Connaissances des principes comptables, voire expérience en comptabilité
- Connaissances du progiciel SAP Finance (SD/FI)
- Connaissances en flux de ventes, d'encaissements et monétiques, et de la facturation sont nécessaires pour être pleinement à l'aise sur le périmètre
- Connaissances ou expériences des systèmes de réservations, des canaux de ventes et des canaux de production de prestation (" fulfillment ") seront un grand atout
- Rédaction de documentation (spécifications, schémas comptables, diagrammes de processus, scripts de tests, supports de communication et de formation)
- Savoir diagnostiquer et mettre en place des plans de remédiation
- Utilisation du Pack Office 365
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) nécessaire pour faciliter la collaboration et le suivi des projets
- Expérience en diverses méthodologies de projets. Certification PMP / Prince2 et/ou expérience en méthode agile / SAFE serait un plus
- Force de proposition, une bonne communication, sens de l’organisation et de la coordination de ressources, très bon relationnel, et une capacité à travailler en transverse sont des qualités essentielles pour le poste
