Coordinator Deal Management (w/m/d)

Die Stelle ist befristet für ein Jahr.

Die Position des Coordinators im Deal Management unterstützt das Content Sales Team bei der Abwicklung von linearen und digitalen Lizenzvereinbarungen in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz sowie in den BENELUX-Ländern. Ziel ist es, unseren Partnern einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten und das Sales Team sowohl vor als auch nach den Vertragsverhandlungen zu unterstützen, um die digitalen und linearen Einnahmen in diesen Märkten zu optimieren.

Der Fokus liegt darauf, einen effizienten und effektiven Ansatz im Deal Management zu verfolgen. Dabei wird eng mit lokalen sowie internationalen Teams (USA, England) zusammengearbeitet, um die Systemimplementierung, -tests, -verwaltung und -aktualisierungen zu gewährleisten. Gleichzeitig wird sichergestellt, dass alle Vereinbarungen korrekt in den jeweiligen Tracking- und Datenbanksystemen abgebildet werden.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4 Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Vertragsverwaltung und Eingabe von Lizenzen und Vertragsbedingungen in die Datenbank
  • Verwaltung der Produktverfügbarkeit für digitale und lineare Lizenzvereinbarungen und Kommunikation der Verfügbarkeitstermine an Kunden
  • Verantwortlich für das Management kritischer Termine und die interne Kommunikation dieser Termine (Verlängerungen, Optionen, Erweiterungen)
  • Unterstützung von Kunden bei Produkt- und Lizenzdatenaktualisierungen, Berechnungen und Materialkoordination
  • Kalkulation von Lizenzgebühren auf der Grundlage bestehender Vereinbarungen und Unterstützung von Verkaufsprognosen
  • Unterstützung des Salesteams bei Terminen und Berechnungen für Verhandlungen über neue Lizenzvereinbarungen und Vertragsverlängerungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rechtsteam bei der Ausarbeitung kommerzieller Elemente in digitalen Lizenzvereinbarungen, Verlängerungs- und Erweiterungsoptionen und Änderungen
  • Unterstützung anderer Mitglieder des Deal-Management-Teams bei der Arbeitsbelastung 

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftlichem/administrativem Hintergrund
  • Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Medien/digitale Rechte, bevorzugt
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Datenbanken
  • MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Komfort und Leichtigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Interessengruppen
  • Interagiert und kommuniziert gut mit Menschen, die unterschiedliche Hintergründe und Arbeitsstile haben
  • Fördert  Win-Win-Situationen intern und extern
  • Effektive Kommunikation und freundliches Auftreten
