Au sein de la direction « Marketing & Sales », l’équipe Sales France à la charge de développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies intégrées de vente et de promotion pour Disneyland Paris, alignées sur la stratégie de marché.
Le poste de Responsable Régional(e) des ventes F/H/NB en CDD au sein d’une équipe composée actuellement de 6 commerciaux itinérants. Vous serez rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Manager Commercial France et soutenu d’une assistante commerciale pour l’ensemble des sujets administratifs.
Vous soutiendrez notre croissance sur la région Sud-Ouest (Nouvelle Aquitaine et Occitanie). Les départements qui sont couverts par ces déplacements sont : 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 31, 32, 33, 40, 46, 47, 64, 65, 81, 82, 87. La clientèle principale qui est visitée se compose d’agences de voyages, de professionnels du tourisme / autocaristes, de comités d’entreprise (CSE) et de comités inter-entreprises.
Pour ce faire, la mission principale est d’assurer la vente des produits de la marque ainsi que le développement du chiffre d’affaires en respectant la politique commerciale mise en place sur la région définie, auprès des CSE / collectivités et professionnels du tourisme, dans le respect des valeurs de l’entreprise : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité, Inclusion.
Principales activités :
Développer les ventes de billets et séjours auprès de clients et prosects professionnels du tourisme, agences de voyage, CSE et associations selon un plan annuel et des objectifs quantitatifs fixés par canal de distribution. Présenter les nouveautés « produits » aux clients et prospects lors des visites commerciales ou lors de salons / workshop / évènements régionaux.
Coordonner l'activité régionale en organisant des opérations marketing avec les partenaires locaux (évènements spéciaux, manifestations commerciales régionales, développement de partenariats commerciaux) en tenant compte des contraintes logistiques et budgétaires.
Réaliser des plans d'actions commerciaux en lien avec le Manager Commercial France.
Analyser les résultats de l’activité commerciale sur son secteur à partir des outils disponibles et développer, gérer et animer sa base de données.
Synthétiser les informations du secteur commercial (activité, concurrence…) en assurant un point d’activité régulier avec sa hiérarchie et son assistant(e) commercial(e).
Travailler en synergie avec les autres Responsable Régionaux et services
Profil recherché :
Idéalement vous êtes issu(e) de formation Bac + 4/5, en commerce (et/ou techniques commerciales).
Vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste de Responsable régional(e) des ventes et/ou Commercial(e) itinérant idéalement dans l’industrie du tourisme.
Vous avez de solides compétences de prospection acquises au cours de vos expériences commerciales sur le terrain.
La connaissance du milieu des agences de voyages, autocaristes, et comités d’entreprise (CSE) est un atout indispensable pour ce poste.
Vous avez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et vous justifiez de solides compétences en relation avec la clientèle.
Vous savez suivre et piloter les indicateurs et performances par votre culture du résultat et votre goût du challenge.
Vous êtes autonome dans la planification de votre activité et organisé(e) dans votre gestion quotidienne.
Vous savez faire preuve de ténacité, de détermination et être force de proposition pour développer votre prospection et vos ventes.
Votre niveau d’anglais est d’au minimum B2 (oral et écrit). Français courant.
Le permis B est indispensable pour ce poste qui requiert de nombreux déplacements en région.
La connaissance de la région bordelaise sera appréciée.
Informations complémentaires :
Le poste est basé à Bordeaux.
Déplacements réguliers sur le secteur 4 jours par semaine.
Le poste est en CDD jusqu’au 30/09/2025.
